Good location and very quiet

Shortage of staff

Was made to feel comfortable by the staff. The food in the Panoramic restaurant was excellent. I especially liked the secure car park. I would come back again

Liked the triple room ie decent bed for 12 year old

Scenery is stunning, excellent views to the sea and beautiful coast just under the hotel building

Building is somewhat tired, and there is basically no sound isolation between rooms

Clean, staff friendly, enjoyable stay! Would definately stay again depending on time of year, wouldn't look to stay in summer due to no fridge in room!

Even though it was an hotel would have preferred a fridge in room, especially if went in the summer!

Lovely position on clifftop, leading to stunning views from terraced grounds and restaurant. Breakfast buffet very good. Staff very obliging and efficient.

Although the public areas and rooms are comfortable, they are a little tired now, shades of Bournemouth in the 1980's!!!

Excessive and unnecessary car parking charges. Cars can be parked on the road free.

Only one coffee vending machine available for Breakfast, I would have expected for a hotel this size and perfect in all other aspects to have had more than one. Also one morning it broke down at breakfast and the staff had to improvise - which they did very well. The double bed is on the small size and both myself and my wife managed to role out of it. The Booking through booking.com for a twin bed did not appear on the details received by the hotel. Luckily they were able to change the room for the next day.

In general the staff were pleaseant, excellent views and service . great stay.

when we arrived at the hotel we entered with our friends to have lunch, we were ushered out by the waaiater rather ruedly. We then went back in and said that we wanted to eat, again rather ruedly said they were closed.If we hadn't already booked in, we would have left then and there. He made us feel as though we were not welcome in the hotel.

All staff were excellent being friendly, helpful, approachable and any request that we made was met with prompt service and a smile. The location was very good if you didn't have transport as the bus stop was outside the hotel. There were plenty of seats to relax in both inside and out. The food was excellent with a wide variety of food available at all meals. There was something for all tastes available.

The swimming pool was lovely but there was no shallow part to it and the stairs to it were fairly steep - however this only affected me because I am not a strong swimmer and have slight mobility problems

It was situated right on the seafront. Also, it was out a bit from the main town, though not too far and it enabled us to be able to park easily and free.

It would have been nice to have a balcony. Our room didn't

Location - if you don't need beach or town centre, it gives you a beautiful seaside view. Nice water basin. Good restaurant and bar. Parking lot. Convenient access to the road. Friendly staff.

No fridge in the room. If you need a beach you have to use car to get there.

The pool at the hotel is beautiful however there is not a shallow end for small children or those who cannot swim well. The rooms are very nice and clean and are cleaned thoroughly each day. The cleaning staff are friendly and always happy.

The staff are this hotel are terrible (except the cleaning ladies). They are unfriendly and offer a very bad service. In fact there was 8 people in our party and we are all writing complaint letters about the staff to head office. I found myself getting upset on my well earned holiday because of their rudeness and incompetence. The rooms could benefit from a small fridge or if you could rent one. We had children who wake up in the night hot and wanting a cold drink. The bar shuts at 11.30 and no room service is available

Nice hotel and we enjoyed our stay

The staff made our 24th wedding anniversary celebration truly special. The views from the hotel are spectacular.

Although classier than most of what surrounds it in the area, the property is a bit lacking in true luxury style and accommodation.

food wantnt very good a bit cold as well,bed was very uncomfortable,food and drinks fairly costly,a trek getting to the beach that wasnt sandy just rocky ok for couples wouldnt recommend for families could have done with botttled water for brushing teeth

Gorgeous hotel up high with splendid views along the rocky coast. Resturant we had breakfast in was extra special. Loved the location of the outside swimming pool. Rooms were clean, pretty and Spanish. Loved the extra special touches all around the hotel, something pretty kept catching my eye everywhere.

Only downside of this hotel was that it was slightly too far out from the town to walk there in the evening and although it was on the coast, there was not any nice sandy beaches within walking distance.

Super seaview, superhotel.

Only one but- mosquietos. They ate us all night long.

This was our second year.Enjoyed the peace and quiet.most enjoyable.

Мы заказали номер с одной большой кроватью с видом на море, нас заселили именно в такой номер, но он был на столько прокуренный что находиться в нем было не возможно мы настоятельно попросили нас пересилить, нас пересилили в трех местный номер с отсутствием вида который мы заказывали. так что при при бронировании обязательно уточняйте что бы номер был для не курящих (если Вы не курите конечно)
