El horario de desayunos no es muy adecuado si la intención es esquiar, ya que abren el restaruante a las 9.30. La misma hora a la que abren las pistas.

Me han encantado las habitaciones, todo muy limpio y muy nuevo. Las camas muy cómodas y las habitaciones muy grandes. El personal también es muy amable. Cenamos allí y estuvo bien.

Hemos estado muy agusto , en una habitación amplia, en un lugar tranquilo, con una cocina muy buena donde hemos comido muy bien y además nos han tratado fenomenal dejándonos retrasar la salida hasta la tarde.

Muy buena atención por parte del personal y un entorno digno de visitar. Las habitaciones y las instalaciones están fenomenal. Se agradeceria alguna indicacion sobre la ubicación del hotel en las carreteras cercanas, aun asi de día se ve perfectamente, y si es de noche hay que estar un poco atentos por falta de señalización

Las vistas desde la habitacion eran muy bonitas, al fondo se veia el pueblo de Rubielos de Mora. No estan bonito como lo presentan, no esta a 15 minutos a pie de Rubielos de Mora, esta a unos 10 minutos en coche, la Ctra. Por la noche no tiene nada de iluminacion. Luego la cama de la habitacion no es muy comoda y la almohada era inexistente. La calefaccion no estaba encendida y cuando descubrimos como se encendia nos dimos cuenta que a mitad noche la apagaron, sobre las 06:00h la volvieron a encender y sobre las 08:00 la volvieron apagar, vamos que pasamos frio. El desayuno para el precio que crobran es muy escaso. La piscina no esta climatizada. Cogimos una oferta que podiamos salir a las 16:00h y cuando lo preguntamos nos dijeron que no. Las inmediaciones descuidadas, como consecuencia dañe mi vehiculo. Eramos la unica pareja de todo el hostal. Es una pena porque me gusta mucho la zona, pero el hostal la verdad que me desilusiono.

Muy cercano a la población, pero lo suficientemente alejado para dormir y descansar con toda tranquilidad. El trato de los dueños es exquisito. La habitación muy austera. El televisor pequeño y alejado de la cama. El secador de pelo no funcionaba. Dimos el aviso pertinente, pero durante nuestra estancia no se revisó. Debía existir en el aseo un espejo auxiliar de cortesía.
