Very clean throughout. Breakfast fresh and very good. Rooms generous size with fabulous bathrooms. Beds very comfortable. Free shuttle bus prompt. Staff helpful. Close to metro. Being picky the evening meal choice was limiting.

Everything was great except the loo. the room was beyond expectations and better than anything else we have had in that price range. Actually we have paid a lot more for less! Glass door to the loo. There are some things that I think are private.

Very clean, quiet and a new hotel with perfect location close to the metro station and to the airport (10 minutes by free shuttle minibus), free transport from the hotel to the airport. A perfect price/quality ratio.

The hotel is clean and very nice. Rooms are perfect and staff is helpful. The Portuguese receptionist is very very nice ;) The minibus to the airport is clean. Full of dust everywhere. Security belts were not working. The driver also arrived late to Barajas Airport(Madrid) even though it was his first stop.

Excellent location, close to metro and airport, and very well situated on a quiet street. The rooms are modern, new and spacious. Staff very accommodating and friendly. We were very impressed with the hotel.

Absolutely all! It's comfortable excelent designed hotel with friendly staff. The hotel is quite close to the airport, at the same time it's quite in the area near it, also there is a metro in 5 minute walking.

I loved the very modern room design. Breakfast buffet was very varied and waiter very helpful and friendly. I definitely did not like the fact that airport transfer was not available when I needed it. Since the free airport shuttle was the main reason I booked this hotel, this was a major turn-off. Travellers be warned: This hotel offers airport transfers only before 11 am and after 7 pm, pretty inconvenient if you have a flight in the middle of the day. I also did not appreciate the attitude of front-desk employee Rachel. She was very brusk in answering my questions about airport transfer and did not even bother to say good-bye when I left.

Very good value for money; very clean and well-appointed; the staff were excellent and friendly. Only about 25 minutes by metro to city centre. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Free high-speed wifi. My second visit to this hotel - very much enjoy my stays there. No courtesy shuttle for most of the day, and taxi costs around 23 euros for what is in effect a 6 minute ride. On a metro line, but not on the airport line.

My biggest complaint here is that if you need a ride to/from the airport from this airport hotel and you are outside the hours that the shuttle operates, it will cost you 25euro to take the 10 min taxi ride to the airport. We thought this was outrageous and next time I would be sure to stay at a different airport hotel that had longer shuttle hours.
