Excellent location and good value for money
Bad bed. Very old mattress and pillow. Very very dirty both the room and the bathroom. A window with no views of any type ( better don't open the curtains). Breakfast was very poor.
great location able to walk to everything. breakfast was good. front desk staff could be a little more customer friendly.
parking was very far away and hard to find. Checking in is difficult because the street was closed and you cannot get close to Hotel with the parking so far away it is a very long way to haul everything.
Good value for money for a well located, clean and tidy room.
great location for exploring the old town
very poor breakfast
breakfast was more suited to an albergue than an hotel. Price was expensive and booking on line confusing.
Great situation in the heart of the old part of Zaragoza, very close to bars and restaurants, but still quiet. Rooms spacious and very clean.
From 4th to 13th October there is the fiesta of Pilar when the road to the hotel is closed all day. We had to break the law to get there as there was no other way to approach the hotel. Parking is about 500 metres away at St Clemente which can be reached at fiesta time and then you have to walk. It would have been really useful to have this information beforehand.
The hotel could not have had a better location right in the centre of Zaragoza and although our room faced the main square it was very quiet. The car parking facility was close by and inexpensive with the hotels special rates.
The room could have been a bit cleaner and possibly needed a bit of a facelift but the bedding was spotless and the location and price made up for these minor flaws.
location and price rooms clean.
breakfast was not good. Internet hit and miss, kept cutting out. Seemed better in reception and outside in plaza.
- quiet and cosy rooms, good appliances, in the middle of the old town, shopping mall and underground parking just across the street; very good bistro down stairs.
breakfast was not what I expected, it was too poor, but a good value for money (3 EUROS/person)
Newly refurbished comfortable room, with style. Very convenient location in city centre; yet our room was quiet. Above all, amazingly good value
No negative aspects:
The location is very good, just few minutes walking to the party area and a few more to El Pilar.
Bed was little uncomfortable
The location is very good.
The receptionist is rude and spends more time on her phone than with customers.
Located in the very centre of the city, with newly refurbished rooms and friendly staff.
Parking a bit too far from the hotel. No air conditioning (or so it seemed).
Absolutely in the city centre. Fabulous room overlooking plaza de espana, but no noise due to quadrupal glazing. Breakfast disappointing but not unexpected as such a reasonable price. Good sized room and bathroom.
Difficult to find entrance for the closest car park which is on the plaza, but once parked, was fine - don't try it in a car with poor lock !
The hotel was modern, efficient and clean. It was excellent value for such a good location.
The location was very good
The window in our bathroom leaked
Closeness to downtown core, restaurants. Good sized room, very good well cared for facility.
Staff was only fair. Little life to them. Hid behind the counter hoping not to be bothered. We had to park our car at a public garage. Expensive. Found out when I checked out by accident that they had a garage nearby that they subsidized by 5 euros daily. When asked about it after the fact she wouldn't meet my eyes nor did she care. This is something that should be known by guests.
The location could not be better, right between the business and 'cultural' parts of Zaragosa. It's only a few minutes walk to many interesting locations and places to eat. Staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
For a budget hostel (hostal) it's pretty good value, but I have to note rooms are pretty small but comfortable.
Door to the balcony didn't lock or close all the way
Location and breakfast.
Location, clean room,
Very hot in the room no air conditioner (it will function after Easter!) No parking (there is convention with a privat parking 50% less=12 euro/day)
The location is very central, skilled and friendly personnel, quiet and an elegant breakfast room.
I haven't found weak points in two sleeping nights.
