Citytrip Ramblas  

The flat is clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The location is excellent.

The lass at reception at check- in was not much help. She couldn't tell us where a car park could be found (this turned out to be literally 300m down the road!). She suggested we purchase our own toilet paper before we were able to get in touch with another member of staff who helpfully turned up with the required item. And as I clambered out of the office with two suitcases and three bags, she asked me to turn back and shut the door!! Customer service wasn't her strong suit, clearly!

Hot tubs wasnt working numerous complaints still no one came to fix them.

Location is good, 2 blocks from the heart of La Rambla. Size is perfect for two. Staff is attentive although they can't do much to solve your problems.

Internet wasn't working (after many calls to have this problem solved), broken bed, dusty sofa, chipped furniture, the place is in major need of a face lift! I can see how nice it potentially was when the pictures were taken, but it has suffered too much abuse by now!

Great location in the bohemian district of el Raval, beautiful apartment, friendly service. Highly recommended.

The shower was great, but *really* small. And (although we already knew that through another review), the hot tub is not accessible to all rooms, despite what the website seems to imply.

Close to La Ramblas and good price.

The location was close enough to the Ramblas but away from the hustle/bustle of La Ramblas.

It was not clear that bed linen and towels were additional charges. Most people coming on a City break will not be carrying that type of luggage-so it should be much clearer. Bathroom had no expelair facility, so smelt damp.

The apartment is clean and the elevator is quite spacy.

The location is not good,although it is near by the Ramblas street. Because it locat in the west of Ramblas which is little mess and dirty.

The distance from the apartment to local amenities. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was clean and well-presented. The location in relation to the airport (El Prat) was excellent. It was only a 10-15 minutes journey - very convenient.

The street has a quite a few prostitutes walking along it at night but they tend not to bother you.

The location of these apartments is fantastic, just off the Las Ramblas, it only takes two minutes to walk before you are on the busy strip. This is ideal for young people in a group that are out for a good time.

We were a group of 8 people with two apartments. We choose a large apartment that holds 6 and the other that holds 4 people. Even though in theory we should have had lots of excess space, there wasnt, it was still very cosy. The large 6 people apartment with garden and jacuzzi was very cosy and we only had 5 people in there - there were only bed sleeping for 4 people and the other person had to sleep on a sofa in the kitchen. Beware its not as large as is advertised. The other thing we didnt like was that there was no cleaning service, we were there for 4 nights and the apartments wernt cleaned once even though there was a 50 euro linen charge which is aparrently only for the use of towels and bedsheet although these were not changed either. Just be aware if you are on ground floor, there were some idiots that threw a bottle from the roof top which hit my friend on the arm and the hotel staff although sympathetic werent really that intersted.

It was very nice apartment in the middle of Barcelona. We are coming again :)

Someone crazy local people throw full water bottles, stones and glasses to our balcony. He throwed bottles also to our neighbors balcony.That was very scary and dangerous but fortunately no one hurt.

Size, location

Spacious, cozy and equipped with kitchen, living room, washing machine and it's just like an apartment that I would stay if I live in that city. Much better value than staying at an actual hotel, especially if you are with a couple of friends

No cleaning services during our stay, only before we checked in and after we checked out. It doesn't have to be thorough cleaning but it would be much nicer if they can at least change the trash cans daily. Btw, the shower in the bathroom is extremely small, we manage okay as we are all tiny Asian girls but I imagine other people will have difficulty showering...

I visited Sonar Off 2012 with friends and the location of Citytrip Ramblas was perfect. In the centre of the town close to local shops and restaurants and also very easy to locate taxi'S. Local square was packed with restaurants with great food and wine.

There were a number of prostietutes sourroundg the location of our apartment. However these did not bother us and as long as you stayed in a large group you never had any issues.

The bed is not comfortable,Rooms very narrow,Bad lighting & Neighbors hear sounds very clearly

The staff were all very friendly, particularly the polish lady, she was lovely and very helpful. It was nice to stay in an apartment , much better than a hotel, more spacious.

Läget var kanonbra, nära till allt.

Ingen info om att wifi bytt användarnamn och lösenord. Bubbelpool som inte fungerade samt nästintill obefintligt med varmvatten de första 1 1/2 dagarna. Omprogrammering av våra nyckelkort sista kvällen före avfärd, så att vi inte kom in i lägenheten.

La situation géographique, les équipements et le tarif.

A notre arrivée l'appartement n'était pas prêt mais le problème a été réglé rapidement.

Très bien situé et appartement spacieux dans un immeuble avec ascenseur. Appartement bien équipé et bien décoré.

L'absence de place de parking, le pommeau de touche qui fuit l'isolation phonique très médiocre et l'absence du jacuzzi!!!

Appartements très mal insonorisés (entre eux, simple vitrage ) et mal entretenus. Jeune clientèle d'habitués, bruyante et irrevérencieuse. Quartier vétuste, pauvre et très sonore. Bain à remous privé
