Mb27 has a great location it is very close to La Rambla two minutes walk to the right. The area(where the girls work) round the corner to the left, if one finds it offensive, is avoidable. We(four women) stayed in the appartment with the garden/jacuzzi which was excellent for relaxing after shopping and sightseeing. The appartment and the garden are extremely quiet and sheltered from the busy central location. The girl at reception was very friendly and helpful. We certainly recommend the accomodation and hope to return again soon.

Suite was clean and nicely decorated. Location was central to city/tourist activities and easy to find. Adequate for short term stay.

Proximity to late night bar directly across the street unacceptable for a good nights sleep ...very, very noisy every night from midnight to 3 AM. There was also lots of noise transmission between suites (running water, bathroom use, etc.). WI-FI reception was very poor if you could log in at all. Minimal kitchen utensils, inadequate if you plan to cook in the suite. No bathroom sundries provided such as shampoo, hand soap, or hairdryer.

Fantastic Location, well appointed and a very convenient way to stay in Barcelona.

Location being close to the 'night-life' of the Raval may be a problem for some.

Very run down apartment. Missing basic requirements expected of a self catered apartment.

We were 6 people,stayed all together and it was amazing...Great Apartment,really nicely decorated ,everything was perfect and we had everything we needed!Nice area,in the heart of barcelona.

the location was excellent and was very secure. the rooftop decking area is a huge plus for us, very relaxing to have after a day touring barcelona. the staff were great to deal with

there was no hot tub. not really a complaint about the apartment but beware of taxi's from the airport. they will try to rip you off.

Needs some maintenance

It was very close to the main part of barcelona, very busy. Easy access to the metro station and local shops. Very easy for a city break. The rooms were very clean and presentable, very modern. Reception staff were also very friendly and very helpful.

The sofa bed did not work, so luckily there was three people and not four, who stayed at the appartment, very small if four people were to stay as advised in the booking.com website. The area was a bit rough there were prostitutes outside and some unsavoury looking characters, although we did not have hassle from any of them. I stayed there for 3 nights and payed an extra 50 euro for cleaning services, however the room was not cleaned. The cleaner was in the room cleaning at 4pm when we arrived, therefore we could not check in, we left on the thursday morning and the cleaner had not been in the hotel, since the monday, therefore I was disgruntled at having to pay an extra 50 euro for this service when I did not use it.

The location was perfect and very accessible. Despite reading issues about the area, I was pleasantly surprised. I found the apartment spotless and lovely design. Staff were very professional, helpful and pleasant. I will be staying there again next year.

If there was a hairdryer in rooms would be helpful, all else was there

Being right in the centre of the Ramblas. Lots of street entertainment, people watching, bars. A pool would of been the icing on the cake although not practical given the area and the building. The apartment was modern and clean.

For a family of 5 it would of been nice to have had more towels provided and shower gels etc

There is a lot I liked about this place. It was decorated nicely. The location could not have been better if you were a tourist. Its one block from the ramblas on what may be the one somewhat quiet street in this area. It had plenty of room and everything we needed. If you are looking for a touristy stay this is the spot for you. It is only quiet compared to the other streets off the ramblas though. Do not expect a silent room. Other than that this place was great

I have no complaint other than it was in the center of the touristy part of town. If you are ok with that than this is the spot for you. If not check out the gracias neighborhood. Its where the barca people live yet a little touristy with the shops and restaurants

Need extra lighting inside the apartment and cleaning, specifically pest exterminating (bugs).
