The nightly entertainment was fantastic and even though we have no kids, we thoroughly enjoyed the kid shows, followed by Karaoke one night & a Horror show the next.. They really put in the effort to entertain, The rooms were clean & roomy.. Sadly no aircon and it was hot, but it did cool down a bit at night & we had the fan going.. So it wasn't as bad I thought it would be.

We booked the San Eloy for a short five day break away with the children on a 1/2 board basis. They loved it and made loads of friends. They are already talking about booking again for next year.The food was ok with a good variety of meals. The San Eloy was certainly not pretty (reminded us of a 1970's Pontin's). We had a car as we had driven from France so no problem getting into the town of Tossa - not sure if we would have liked to use the bus service and it was too far to walk along a busy main road. The tarmac around the apartments was very poor and needed re-surfacing. There was one woman on reception who was rather scary - all the other's were lovely though.

I like that San Eloy is a family orientated hotel with excellent facilities for children. The rooms are adequate and we had clean towels everday and the sheets were changed 4 times during out 11 night stay. A lot of the staff were unfriendly especially at the bar which was a shame. The seating area around the entertainment area was crammed too full at times aswell.

Good location to Costa del Mar and Water Park. Nice pool, free parking. Convinient for families with kids. There is not air condition at apartments, we had ants, the hotel staff must make better effort in cleaning the rooms.

Kids entertainment during the stay, day and night was very good. The food in the resteraunt was very good and the snack bar for the kids during the day was a great idea. All in all a very good holiday for everyone. No Air con.

The staff are fantastic and very hardworking. The entertainment put on for guests during the day and evening is also very entertaining. The self catering facilities are not great (2 Hobs) so i wouldn't expect to be able to cook to many meals in your rooms.

Nice location, fresh air, many entertainments for children, spacious enough apartments, all inclusive service is a best choice there, very friendly staff, meal and dishes are perfect. Short distances to Barcelona and other nice small towns, free parking near the hotel. Rooms are without air conditioners, but it was not a problem. Special thanks to Animation team, Bar & Restaurant staff, Reception team and rooms cleaning staff.

Que puedes entretenerte sin salir del hotel. Las habitaciones son amplias. Hay 3 piscinas, y pistas de juegos....LA Posibilidad de que te dejen una cuna. La cocina está poco equipada, no hay horno y el microondas no tiene grill, no había sartenes, aunque pedimos una y nos la trajeron.La hora de entrada es muy tarde y la de salida demasiado pronto

La amplitud del apartamento Nos pedían el dinero antes de ver la habitación,insistiéndonos que esto es lo normal en cualquier hotel. Estando el hotel a menos de la mitad de ocupación, nos dieron la peor habitación. Al pedir un cambio, Ingrid de recepción, nos puso todo tipo de pegas, como por ejemplo que su jefa no llegaría hasta al cabo de una hora o dos y teniamos que esperar, que no entendía porque no queríamos esa habitación (era una de las tres habitaciones que tiene una pared a unos 6 metros del balcón, de unas 100 habitaciones que tiene el total el hotel), que las otras habitaciones seguramente no estaban limpias,etc..en fin, todo excusas.La habitación estaba llena de hormigas, sobretodo en la zona de la cocina, uno de los dos fuegos no funcionaba y el mobiliario es bastante ortera

Похож на советский санаторий 60-х годов через 10лет после распада союза.Снимали апарты на 4-6 человек с "плитой". С момента постройки ничего не обновлялось. Слышимость как в хрущёвке, расцарапанные тефлоновые сковородки, готовить очень проблематично. Очень убого, не рекомендую категорически. За те-же деньги в Аликанте были прекрасные апартаменты с двумя спальнями и видом на море.

Es bastante antiguo pero para ir con niños es excelente. El wifi es gratuito pero tiene un alcance tan pobre que casi tiene que estar junto al router. No alcanza a las habitaciones.

Ideal familias con niños(que no bebes). El personal es muy amable. No hay aire acondicionado en habitaciones y si quieres ventilador te lo alquilan(lo vi un detalle cutre teniendo en cuenta q son 80 euros por noche).Hacen show nocturno en la piscina y todas las habitaciones dan a la piscina así q quien quiera relax no se lo aconsejo.

El personal es muy atento,y de trato familiar. Lo mejor del aparthotel es la piscina, más que aceptable, y con amplia disponibilidad horaria. Tossa queda a tres km, pero (no es ningún secreto) es precioso. El supermercado: deja mucho que desear.

Hotel sencillo, no muy grande,correcto para disfrutar con niños.Varias piscinas, pistas polideportivas, animaciones y entretenimientos para grandes y niños.Cuenta con vigilancia nocturna, y a pesar de haber mucha gente y los apartamentos estar pegados, de noche silencioso y tranquilo. A pesar de estar a las afueras de Tossa cuenta con un bus que hace el traslado al centro (estación ) cada hora y de forma muy puntual. Pagamos 1 euro por adulto y 0.50 por niño. Aparcamiento en Tossa, muy caro, 3,05 e la hora.

Le confort des chambres et la piscine. Les jeux pour enfants, les boués dans la piscine et le terrain de baskets. Le prix était très interessant, très bonne promotion. Nous sommes venus le 1er Octobre 2011, soit la veille de la fermeture. C'était un week end très ensoleillée et c'est super mais l'hotel allait fermé donc les animations étaient plus absentes, ce qui ne m'a pas gêné. Peut être en point négatif le manque de vaiselle, pas de mug, pas de bouilloire ou grille pain.

Be,en general es pot dir que es un aparthotel correcte,sense grans pretensions i de caracter familiar,pensat una mica massa de cara als extrangers i no gaire ens els del pais. Si he de dir que el menjar es ruinós,escàs i de baixa calitat.
