Medplaya Aparthotel San Eloy (梅德普拉亚圣埃洛伊酒店)    

We booked an apartment and arrived to a place that was surprisingly looks like a holiday village. We stayed the night and leave the next morning, so couldn't experience the facilities. It looks like a nice place for groups of families traveling together, because kids could walk about freely, play football or tennis but still can be seen by parents.

Room was very small for 2 + 2 kids.

Nice swimming pools, Safe spot for the kids to play. Quiet location, I think it is best to visit this place out of holiday season as it would be very busy in August. Great value for money.

No diving or swimming underwater in a swimming pool that was 3.5m deep. Ants in room. Mattress is a bit old and lumpy. Too many silly rules displayed around the hotel made it feel a bit like a prison camp. Rooms very stuffy no fans or aircon.

Great all inclusive, entertainers and all staff.

This was our third stay at these apartments and we really love them, there excellent for a family holiday, but this time there were several groups of guests who didnt have any children with them and they seemed to think that it was a place where you could drink as much as you like, get really drunk, and on one instance be sick over the balcony into the room below. I think the San Eloy needs to beware of the type of clientele who are visiting as guests of this kind can so easily spoil it for others.

It is a family orientated hotel with a wonderful relaxed atmosphere and delightful staff who can't do enough for you.

Can't fault anything really, although prospective customers shouldn't expect a luxury hotel, but one that is perfect for families.

This was our second time to San eloy & we cannot fault it the staff are amazing very helpful and made it more enjoyable. The food was great with so much to choose from and it was cooked just right. The rooms are basic but clean and kept clean everyday with fresh towels etc. we have three boys two at 4 and one at 12 so trying to keep them all entertain at the same time can be hard but at San eloy there was plenty to keep our guys busy allow us to relax. What a great holiday and hotel resort. Can't wait to go back. A really great place to go for the family to feel safe and to relax.

The only fault I could find was I put on loads of weight due to the amount of great food I ate.

Lack of air conditioning in the apartments.

A lovely hotel, not especially luxurious or pretty to look at (tho the outside is pretty stunning when you arrive and the scenery is fantastic) but a great place to take the kids. Best thing, and what sets it apart, is the entertainment - they've got a team of about 7 who work tirelessly and rather than the usual resort entertainment they actually do really try really hard. We watched a full rendition of the Lion King on Saturday, the kids were enthralled! It's obviously a bit amateur but the enthusiasm makes up for everything. Outstanding in that respect.

Pools are all too deep (apart from baby pool), food a bit repetitive, beds not the most comfortable.

Everything. This was our 4th year staying at San Eloy. It is a safe enviroment for the children as it is slightly out of town. The staff are lovely, nothing is too much trouble. The entertainment team are superb, both day and night, they try to give all they have.

No kettle in room, but if you ask, they do have some that they give out.

This hotel is the ideal solution for families with young children or with large numbers of children. The infrastructure is completely oriented to the rest of children. The hotel is organized so that with any balcony any of the rooms you can observe a considerable part of the territory of the hotel, i.e. for children. Everything is simple, but the most necessary for the normal rest is present. The surrounding nature is amazing - the forest and the mountains.

1. Reception does not cope with the number of living people. There are always long queues. The expectation of a solution of any question is not less than 15 minutes. We were at the hotel for 1 day (!!!) and three times stood in a queue on reception. It is a nightmare. 2. Restaurant (were there only for Breakfast) also does not correspond to the number of living people. The restaurant is very closely. To pay tribute to the staff - they work at lightning speed.

Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances en famille . Tout était réuni pour que nos 4 enfants profitent pleinement (Ping pong, tennis, bac à sable , mini golf , foot, air de jeu , piscine, activités ...). Appartement très confortable et propre (ménage fait tous les jours). Nous y retournerons avec plaisir

Eine sehr schöne Anlage mit großem Pool. Appartment ist sehr geräumig für zwei Personen. Appartment natürlich mit Balkon oder Terasse. Parkplatmöglichkeiten ohne ende.

l'esprit famille, l'animation même au mois de mai !, la propreté (chambre contrôlée et lits faits tous les jours), ping pong, plusieurs piscines

tennis payants (10 € / heure pour réserver le terrain) !

Horarios de desayuno y comidas hecho para extranjeros. Buen hotel para ingleses.

Rapporto qualità/prezzo notevolissimo. Attrezzature in buono stato.

Posizione bella, ma, nonostante la navetta, con difficoltà di movimento, se non si possiede un'auto.

instalaciones limpias, exterior espectacular.

Sobre todo, y es vergonzoso, que las animaciones se hablen casi todo en otro idioma y no en español.,a lo mejor quieren darnos clases .En las habitaciones los letreros de avisos de urgencias los ponen en ingles .En otros comentarios ya se hace anotación de estos detalles. Lo considero por su parte una falta de respeto.

La cercanía de tossa y el precio me parecieron correctos!!

Mi è piaciuta la struttura, il posto dove è situato, l'organizzazzione e l'animazione.

J'apprécie les infrastructures de l'établissement avec ses 2 piscines ainsi que les animations du soir qui se terminent à heure fixe à minuit et le calme de la nuit .

Le ménage est bien fait mais il faudrait prévoir des poubelles pour trier les déchets ( verre, plastique, papier). Il faudrait donner la possibilité aux touristes de prendre la formule all exclusive à la journée pour éviter qu'ils soient obligés de rester à l'établissement pour profiter de la formule sur une période de 3 jours.

Las piscinas, el ambiente familiar y la habitación familiar que estaba muy bien.

Necesita una renovación en cuanto a pintura y restauración del edificio.

Nous avons aimés la situation geographique de cet hotel entre la ville et la montagne de Tossa ,etre au milieu des pins, , la pension complete ainsi que la grande piscine et la gentillesse du personnel . les animations sont tres correctes.A l"année prochaine surement.

Pas grand chose , peut etre moins d'abeilles !!!! et la climatisation mais avec un bon ventilateur , cela passe !!!! A refaire le jeu d'echec car il manque quelques pieces ....
