Friendly staff, rooms were clean. Very close to the beach.
The food was poor, there was supposed to be wifi in the rooms as well, but it was not the case. There were some problems with pipes & instalations & we there was a bad smell!
The cleanliness of the hotel was good, it was bright and welcoming, the choice at meal times was amazing
Notice signs are not very well written broken English at best The severe lack of facilities for NON-ALL Inclusive guests is very poor we upgraded from B&B to half board, although Juice, Hot Drinks and water is available at Breakfast, unless you are a all inclusive guest, there is no drinks available for any other guests unless you purchase them, The cold water machine available at breakfast is out of bounds unless you are all in, and you are forced to buy bottled water from the service hatch in the restaurant, of which is very hot because of the ovens and grills, the all in guests apart from being able to drink alcohol and soft drinks can freely access the cold water dispenser This was not very good especially for couples who had young children, you as a non all inclusive guest are forbidden to take bottled water into the restaurant with you and a forced to purchase it Will not be staying there again
We were moved to another hotel called Village Sun when we arrived. The hotel staff did not explain why but they said the other hotel would be in a better condition because it had been recently renovated. That was true. We got a very nice room on the top floor with the best view and huge balcony. The room was clean, nice size bathroom with great shower. Food was ok. The hotel was close to all shopping center(small tourist shops and boutiques), supper market, bus stop. Overall good location and nice, newly renovated hotel. We had a good time.
The Village Sun is located very close to the Mediterranean Sand but it up on the hill farther away from the beach. When we were moved we had to carry all luggage by ourselves,no one offered any help and they didn`t have any doormen. It was hard especially for my husband who is disabled. The pools are not heated so the water was cold and not many guests decided to swim in them. Beach towels were not provided but had to be rented for 10 euros. We decided to buy our own towel (5-10 euros each) and take them home as souvenirs instead.
This hotel is not the foor stars! It two stars! The restaurant is absolute rubbish!!! Every day the same food! Not enough tables! Smelling atmosphere! STAFF IS VERY VERY ROUGH!! They do not speak any language other than Spanish and Russian! Shout in the face, etc. All bear in mind that the Russians get drunk every night, and they make a lot of noise nightly! We liked the hotel and the location was great. Really clean. One receptionist was really friendly & helpful and spoke excellent English. All inclusive was great value.Alcohol isn't the strongest.
We got 2 single beds after specifically asking for a double bed and asking throughout our stay also. Restaurant staff weren't the friendliest. Desserts weren't nice at all. Didn't have much information on local amenities for tourists, bus tours etc until we looked for them and with the language barrier it was hard to communicate.
Location is good, right next to the beach. The hotel lobby looks very nice and modern.
The bed, pillows and blankets were extremely uncomfortable. The food was terrible, we only ate breakfast even though half board was included.
Good location. Design is new, looks clean. Swimming pool, but we did not used this. Almost all rooms with balcony.
Far to **** rate. They said room is with sea view, but only 1 meter of sea is visible. Another hotel in front of this hotel. Breakfast is bad. Lot of tourists in this hotel and they are like grasshoppers :). Noisy, poor sound isolation between rooms.
After booking this hotel the reviews seemed to take a tumble for the worst so we were a bit concerned before arrival. However when we arrived we were really pleased with the place. The entrance is bright and modern and the staff really friendly and helpful. The rooms were bright clean and looked as though everything was new, the same goes for the bathroom. We had asked for a room on one of the top floors with a sea view and this is exactly what we got so we had been listened to which was great. There were groups of teenagers as some of the reviews state but there was a good mix of all ages in all honesty and yes they sometimes got slightly loud but they were never really over the top, however if we had been next door to them we may have felt differently, they were how you would expect a group of teenagers to be and I suppose this depends on the type of person you are. My wife and myself are late 40s but they didn't bother us at all. We went all inclusive and found the food to be adequate and found a good choice (we never expected the type of all inclusive you would get in the Caribbean or such places) the staff did replace table cloths as quickly as they could when we were there but at certain times there was a constant flow of guests, so sometimes it wasn't always possible to get a spotless table cloth. The bar in my mind again was adequate providing Amstel lager and local spirits and cava white wine/local red and white wine which suited us and was what we expected, the black guy who worked most nights did a great job of dealing with the teenagers if he thought they were getting a bit rowdy or having to much.
We met some families who had been sold the holiday as a family holiday with younger children but I did agree with them that there wasn't much for younger children to do, literally just the pool, so I wouldn't recommend this hotel for children under 16 really.
