the hotel is in such a fantastic location. close to all the attractions example train and bus station, casino, nbeach, castle, marina, fantastic restaurants etc. the hotel staff were excellent and very friendly. just loved this hotel. no faults!!! the rain on a couple of days !!!!!

The room was nice. For those who like intown with access to the beach and to the nearby center tapas restaurant it is perfect. The close restaurant "rincon gallego" No parking (you have to go out at 800m in a public one). For business trip it is not practical.(access difficult). Due to the position (on the historical town hall square) it is not well indicated. No restaurant

Hotel staff excellent, very helpful.Rooms high quality, all face the Plaza, great showers and beds. Excellent location, 5 mins to beach/ restaurants and easy access to castle. Some noise from main square but only at weekend.

Staff were friendly and professional. Clean and good sized room and bathroom. Breakfast was a buffet with a a good range of choice including lovely freshly squeezed orange juice. Fabulous view of the plaza and the castle. Quite loud at night but that's the price you pay for a room with a view. Air conditioning did not work and it was very hot even this early in the year.

The staff were very helpful. We had a room overlooking the square with a lovely balcony. The location is fantastic near all the bars, restaurants and narrow streets of the old town. The castle of Santa Barbara was stunning and we had a wonderful view of it from our room. The heating / AC in the room was a bit temperamental.

the staff were professional and friendly. The rooms were comfortable. the situation was excellent for visiting the attractions of Alicante The breakfast was OK but tables were not cleared until after you left the table and this meant that you could arrive in the dinning room to find only dirty tables. More staff needed at breakfast. The rooms lacked adequate storage space and sound insulation.

The location was great. The room was great and the breakfast was the best I've had in that type of hotel. Nice fresh fruit and juice pasteries and eggs - all top notch. The hotel cafe was closed so no room service coffees etc when we wanted them

The location is very good. Close to beach and the center. The first night we couldn't sleep because of the noise from partying people in the streets. There were no noise reduction from the windows at all! The very friendly staff moved us to another room which was located towards the Plaza. No problem with noise there.

The location is superb for the lovely Santa Cruz area of Alicante, the Port, Marina, Castilla Santa Barbara and beach. Also Subus stop to and from Airport every 20 minutes.. All within a few minutes walk. Hotel located in a picturesque Square. No restaurant but has a very basic snack bar. However many bars and restaurants nearby.
