The room was clean and very spacious and the food was excellent with several choices. It was great to just walk across the road after our evening at the Benidorm Palace.

There was nothing to dislike.

Room comfortable and clean, with country - non tower block views at the front, and easy access to the city and coast. Leisure areas very nice - open and relaxing and friendly. Reception very courteous and helpful.

Cooked Food not so good: mashed potato almost runny, boiledpots served in water?: sprouts so overcooked as to be burnt; cauliflower cheese well overcooked - mushy: only one style of fish dish done in a watery gravy- nothing grilled or plain or for vegetarians - accept cheese and salads which were plentiful and varied. Sorry, a big dissapointment foodwise.

Hotel Very Bland Decor

It was across the road to Benidorm Palace,that is why it was chosen as we went to the show at Benidorm Palace. Not in the middle of Benidorm on the out side which we liked ,had to get bus in to the town or walk.We stoped for two nights as we visited Valencia.

Lot of road noise.Bin been emptied at 02.30 in the morning.This hotel would be all right for a family holiday .

The standard of the food was excellent and far better than other Spanish hotels we have visited

Liked the warm welcome, the clean well presented room, which was spacious and comfortable. There was a wide choice for breakfast we didn't have other meals but speaking with other guests the wide choice was the same for lunch and dinner. The location was good a reasonable walk to the beach but perfect for our visit to the Benidorm Palace. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

Excellent position for Benidorm Palace (just across the road). Half Board good option, reasonibly priced, plenty of choice and freshly fried eggs for breakfast!

Bedroom too hot and no control on A/c unit.

Clean

Beds are like a park bench. Food quality poor and cool, not hot Staff more interested in chatting than attending to guests Car Park very expensive Entertainment best suited to a gay bar.

Checking In - Very unhelpful. Told me I could not stay at Hotel without showing Passport - even though I was showing my photo I.D. by way of a driving licence.!! Was abrupt almost to the point of rudeness. I have never had such a negative greeting arriving at any other Hotel !!

Good Hotel with everything we needed (except free WiFi). Ideal location for Benidorm Palace which was our main purpose of visit. Evening meal was good and Breakfast was excellent. Indoor and outdoor pools + Gym and outdoor dable tennis, pool table etc. Only 2 floors so no High Rise. Warm, friendly, helpful and comfortable.

For a general Holiday in Benidorm it is a bit remote. It had limited English on TV (BBC1 and news Channel.

Very convenient for The Benidorm Palace yet only a short distance from the beach area. On-site secure parking. Food was on a par with most four star hotels

Evening Entertainment

The location was perfect for visiting the Benidorm Palace, directly across the road. The hotel was clean and tidy. We had a large room in Block 1 that had a balcony on 2 sides. Bed comfortable, and tv had a couple of English channels. The breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice and staff very helpful. Outdoor pool area very large, but too cold to use during our visit.

Rather like Ryanair, in that, you pay extra for parking, room safe and wi-fi. There was a 10 euro deposit for lend of a pool towel. The indoor pool was very small, 6 by 4 metres. There were no changing rooms. We were directed to the toilet/shower room. We changed by the pool. The spa was just a bit of the pool turned into a mini-Jacuzzi. Give it a miss! Reception staff were poor. No real interest in helping Guests. We had to return to Reception to ask for directions to our room. They tell you nothing about the hotel facilities. We found the restaurant for breakfast by chance. This hotel is used by the main uk Holiday Package companies. Guess it would be very busy in the summer.

Nice room,good facility with swimmingpool and tabletennis.

The man in the frontdesk was not very serviceminded,and it should not be to difficult for him to smile a litle. The room and the bath was very nice,but the bed was very hard.Not to sleep in.

Very good value for money,excellent service,only set back was the food which was never very hot.

Prima service en men wil ook voor een nacht boeken.

La apariencia del hotel

Colchones incómodos(te clavas los muelles en la espalda), climatización defectuosa(pasamos frío por la noche)y personal regular(camareros en temporada baja tienes que preguntar si te sirven en terraza o no). Los precios que tiene no se corresponde con el servicio que da.
