Very comfortable Great location Nice view Good value

Reception staff men friendly and helpful. All spoke good English. Cleaners were polite and helpful.

The two of us, wanting single rooms near each other were crammed into a "family" corner. One of the rooms was extremely small, no space in the closet to even hang a shirt properly. The hotel was empty! Some (We suppose!) important man from the staff entered my room while I I was naked without knocking and without later apologizing or even telling us who he was!! Restaurant staff were unfriendly. We were scolded for taking a wine glass to the room! The housekeeping chef refused to lend us a plate and knife to our room!!! (We were not allowed to eat a fruit in our room!) This is very bad behavior when guests choose to use the hotel in very low season.Sad.

The staff were friendly, which was great considering we read so many reviews of other hotels where staff were not friendly. This was a welcomed by all parties that stayed I.E. there were 4 of us in a room that could sleep 4 (possibly 5). The location was ideal, though on a long weekend night, the noise from the street was to be expected but we didn't mind that because we went out to participate in the celebrations (suggest you do have a siesta in Spain for this reason). Sitges is a lovely place to visit.

Whilst only minor, we assumed we'd get 2 queen size beds or 1 queen size bed and 2 single (twin) beds. Instead, we got 1 king size bed (though really 2 large singles put together in one room, and a sofa lounge as a double bed plus one single bed in the lounge. Perhaps I should have read the description carefully because it only mentioned 'can sleep 4 people', so hence my misunderstanding. Also, floors were hard to keep clean due to sand that came with our shoes or thongs/flip flops/jandles.

I liked the helpful staff and having an apartment with all mod cons for the same price as a hotel. as i was on my own, it was really lovely to be able to make breakfast in the morning and sit on the balcony.

Something i don't like about ALL Spanish properties: marble floors. it makes people moving furniture around very noisy! But the staff took note of my request for a top floor and i got it, so no noise from clattery heels from upstairs, just the sky!

The location was great.

It was very noisy mainly due to the location. It was listed as a 4 star hotel but I would rate it as a 3 star, it was roomy and clean but the fixtures and fittings were worn and if the staff couldn't get into the room when they were doing their rounds they didn't bother to come back.

Great location and the size of the apt.

Cleaning crew did minimal, no chairs around pool and paying for a towel.

Location is really great and the city/beaches are perfect for holidays with the kids. Rooms are fine and the cleaning services are good enought. Perfect for those, who like the nightlife during holidays

We asked to change the room (as our room was very noisy during the night time), but got refusal.

Having an apartment was good. I appreciated the additional space for different people to do different things (balcony, kitchen, table, bedroom, living room, the pool outside). Having a washing machine was hefpful (no dryer though).

Noisy at night, especially weekend nights. Windows do not keep out street noise. Beds uncomfortable also.

The hotel has a nice location on the beach

The receptionist was not really friendly when cheking in. No warm welcome. Room was outdated, shutters for the window where broken and the airconditioning could go either on or off. No option in between. For a four starr hotel, absolutely no value for money unless you maybe manage to get a more renovated room. We asked for that but did not get it.

the swiming pool area is fantastic the hotel is very close to the commercial centre/shopping arrea and main restaurants

old room/apartment, rather unkept, old furniture, basic bathroom that needs some TLC (tender loving care!) it can get quite noisy at night the hotel is far away from the nicer beaches - the beach in front of the hotel is narrow and not very clean

The appartment for two was very confortable,all air-conditioned, with a living room, a nice bedroom, a small kitchen correctly equiped, a nice bathroom and a terrasse. The hotel is relatively quite, well located (very close to the center and in front of the beach). The swimming pools are good with a lifeguard. A very nice hotel !

The breakfast buffet was really poor, better to go in town No fitness center

The parking is an issue but seems to be an issue in the area- quite pricey I thought at €17 per day so factor that in to your trip. We were told that the parking facility was outside the entrance- so we parked there in the yellow zone only to find out later that it was another parking Garage so had to pay €26 for that place for the day & a further €17 for the hotel one too

The apartment was very comfortable and spacious. Big kitchen, big terrace. Excellent location.

The hotel allows to stay with a dog. This is the key point to stay for us here. The suit room has a well equipped kitchen which allows to cook for the dog.

Staff in the hotel was really helpful. Cleaning was excelent. Location is very convinient.

I gave "fair" for services because of very poor the Internet conection at the appatament. I couldn't use Skype and some other sites.
