Beautifully decorated, stylish, modern hotel in a characterful seaside town. Great breakfast, nice freshly decorated room Good shower pressure!

No irons in the room, and none even availbable to borrow from the reception. Unusual for a modern, otherwise well equipped hotel. Walls paper thin, you could hear everything from rooms next to and above you... In glad I was staying with my sister, next to my elderly parents! Haha

The location was very convenient to the beach, yet not too far from the train station. The lobby was inviting as was the inner courtyard. Room was very clean.

Not much to complain about. Breakfast brunch at times had run out of juice glasses or flatware so we would have to wait a while.

Very stylish rooms and setting throughout the hotel. Beautiful communal areas and poolside. Excellent breakfast included. And the location in Sitges was fantastic, in the heart of the old town and only a short stroll to the seaside.

The initial abruptness (verging on rudeness) of the Hotel staff when we only had our photo licences as id and not our passports. And yet on all of the booking reference information from the website, there was no mention of passport requirements for check-in.

my room was 107 the walls very thin can hear everything going on, also no english tv channels as antena broken slow to fix.

bath water was cold; the aircon was not effective, very difficult to park near the hotel we had to drag our bags over a 100m to get to the hotel entrance.

We liked the hotel and the location was superb.

we were able to look out our terrace at carnival and were located so close to all of the festivities.

Probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced in the hotel industry (or any industry). It took 35 mins to check in. We stood behind just two couples in front of us. Full off unnecessary bureaucracy and the slowest possible way of processing the endless paperwork and printed receipts. The poor guy at the desk seemed overwhelmed and unwell by the process himself. Breakfast was stale (though admittedly we didn't arrive until 9:30). But more stale and unfriendly and unhelpful was the breakfast waiter who served us. It took another 10 mins to check-out the hotel – simply to pay for the water we used in the room. Time was spent searching for the cost of a bottle of water + yet another receipt for the bill + the printed receipt after the bill. We despaired! A pretty swimming pool is probably this hotel's only asset I'm afraid. Such a shame as it has all the makings of something special. I'm amazed that in these tough economic times in Europe that a business can be run with such disinterest!

I stayed in room 113 , the room is a bit stark and the bathroom is a bit old fashioned but I believe you will be upgrading the bathrooms which would be good

Extravagant refurbishment, and the 'cold' bright white decor everywhere Online booking prices seemed more than coming in from the street, and one had to pay for the entire visit when booking, with no rebate for cancellation without paying extra when booking. Breakfast not included in the inflated prices The Tariff document at Reception, starting at 495 Euros, is ridiculous!

The location was excellent, free WIFI, nice modern decor, comfortable beds, clean, very helpful staff (advice on transportation, local sights).

The central location in the heart of Sitges. The pool is hidden away in the centre of the hotel complex and is perfect for relaxing by.

The charge for breakfast is high and its much cheaper to eat out than use the hotel.

Very convenient for both rail station and beach. Clean, tidy and friendly. Reasonably priced.

The restaurant and the staff at the restaurant were horrible and would be a reason not to stay there again.

Relaxing

The hotel is centrally located in sitges. It's only five minutes walk to the train station, with easy access to the beach area(app. 8Mins by walk). The hotel looks nice! Our room is facing the pool, quite relaxing and nice! The hotel staff is also friendly, who can speak English well and give us information about sitges!

The drainage system in the bathroom is not working well.. The whole bathroom is becoming wet when using the shower in the bathtub... The drainage is so slow that the water stays in the bathtub for a while, which doesn't feel so nice! There is also loud noise by the air conditioning in the room!

It was a good class hotel but found the swiming pool was in the wrong place as it got very little sun so the water did not get very warm. Also it has no safety rail around it for the less strong swimmers. We also found the staff of very little help if you had a problem. In my case I had my wallet taken on a train trip but found the hotel had no means of changeing money to see us through until the banks opened the next day. My general feeling was it was not a value for money hotel as we had to pay 15 euro for breakfast on top of 1060 euro just for the room. I am certain we will not be booking with them again.
