Hotel Medium Valencia    

The hotel was well located and the rooms were well designed. The upper floors had a fantastic view of the city. The staff was very helpful.

it is not walking distance to Oceanograph. It is 20 mins walk and with small children it is difficult walking.

Hotel modern and well maintained. Location central to city sights. Value for price. Helpful staff (and spoke English). Cleanliness.

Choice of restaurants in immediate area is not great.

The hotel is beautiful and clean. It is very modern hotel. The staff was nice. You have free WI-FI. It is 10 minutes walk from City of arts and science and shopping mall.

The pool was closed, it is beeing renovated. And it's far from center, you have to take a bus (number 35). It's between center and the beach.

If I have to really mention something, it's the restaurant for dinner. First evening food was excellent. But the other 2 times we dined at the hotel, food was not great. It might have been that the kitchen was very busy. Other than that breakfast was great though.

Good hotel with modern rooms and excellent amenities. Close to the City of Arts and Science. A/C in room worked well. Decided to park on the street instead of paying for parking - worked well. We used several nearby restaurants with great success. But go to the beach for Paella at lunch.

The only difference between when the restaurant was closed and when it was open was the service was better when it was closed. We had better food and service at an Ibis. If this hotel is serious about offering food service, they should do it right or simply do the breakfast and forget the rest.

The hotel is located 5 minutes from City of Arts and Science and 25 minutes walk from old town but you have a bus station next to the hotel. The hotel conditions are very good. If you will stay in upper floors is better.

It was a little bit difficult to communicate in english with the staff. Its better if you know Spanish…

I liked the loction of hotel ,In front of the hotel was the place for Bicicletas, It´s very near to City of Arts and Sciences and oceanografic of valencia.Also in front of there was a center for shopping with resturants because the hotel have only bar and services for breakfast so if you want you can go there for buying food or anything you want. I could go there walking ! lasted 10 minutes! There are different bank near the hotel ...etc

I didn't like the bathroom It was clean but the design was not good and comfortable , could not close the door of bathroom .. things like that...

Within easy reach of City Centre. Bus stop just opposite Hotel.

Clean, efficient room with good bathroom and balcony with views of City of Arts and Sciences. Helpful staff. Free street parking although hotel parking with charge also available. Good rate for quality provided.

Small things: only one towel in double room, staff entered to service room three times on the afternoon we checked in. Room very hot at night and no heating controls.

The Hotel is well situated for both the Historic city and the City of Arts and Sciences. The room I was in and the communal areas were kept well. Free wifi in all areas

I stayed here last year and the quality of service for the restaurant and the quality of food served had sadly gone from exceptional to very unremarkable. Wifi was exceptionally slow and unreliable - reminded me of the old days of dial-up

Although all my credit card details were presented in the booking form, the receptionist asked me to pay in full before going in the room.

Easy to find, very close to Science Park etc. Nice rooms and friendly atmosphere. Good breakfast.

It represented good value for money although the Parkin charge of 15 euros a night was excessive.There was however a lot of on street parking.the location was on a good bus route but it was readily walkable to goth the city centre and the City of Arts and Sciences.

The hotel was situated in a not very prepossessing area although we found walking at night no problem.To reach good restaurants is a 10 minute walk

Balcony, good location near to the City of Siences and Arts, clean enough, big room, suprisingly good and stable Wi-Fi (rare for Spain, as far as I can see)

Poor breakfast, thin walls (4.30am-sex in the room next to ours was heard clearly$), reception guy was trying to make us pay second time for the same period of stay because of his colleague mistake

Excellent large and clean room. Good buffet breakfast. Reasonable location for centre with huge supermarket a ten minute walk away.

As usual, air conditioning system had been switched off for the winter requiring window to be left open at night. I received one mosquito bite over the three night stay. Although only one, obviously the potential for more must be more.

The room smells like it has been closed during a long period of time. They need to take care of that because this hotel is some kind of fashion hotel.

The postition, very close to the bus stop towards the city and to the City Of arts and Science. The very affordable price. The kindness of the receptionists.

There were few covers for the bed.

A little more attention to detail in the cleaning & maintenance of the rooms but again for the price we paid could be forgiven.
