Very nice hotel, large double room with lovely bathroom. No car park at hotel though we received a discount via the hotel at the ajoining car park, 18 euro's per 24 hours. |

The rooms were very clean and modern, the location was good just outside the old quarter. The staff spoke good english. No outlook, the staff were mostly unfriendly and only helped if asked. For example they have maps of Valncia at the check in desk but dont actually offer these to people when they book in The msp we use most of the time was given yo us at the airport.. |

We left the "do not disturb" sign on the door when we left the room to go out because we did not want our stuff to be moved around (we had a lot of stuff!!!) but the cleaning lady entered however and of course that she rearranged everything in the room.... The guys from the front desk had very long faces and looked very unhappy and bored to be there. |

Spotlessly clean. Very convenient - 40 minutes from airport baggage hall to hotel reception desk, by metro. Quiet. Very comfortable. Close to Plaza Ayuntamiento & shopping on Calle Colon. Nothing whatsoever. I would recommend strongly & would not look for another hotel if going to Valencia again. |

location, perfect for the city centre. very clean , comfortable rooms Our room was at the back and there was a terrible noise coming from what I assume was the air conditionoing system. We could not keep our window open |

Hotel location is good for connection to airport via tube(10 min walk from station) and walking into old part of town. Quiet side street even during Las Fallas ( ask for a room at the back). The two cafes over the road are alright but recommend 10 min walk to Mercat Central for breakfast, much more atmosphere. For Las Fallas I couldn't think of a better place to stay. There is very little atmosphere in the hotel itself as the lobby area is the only place to sit with fellow guests should you wish to. A small bar would be nice, even if it just did bottles. The restaurant seemed v.under used but as we didn't use it I can't comment on the quality. |

Location The hotel room including the bathroom was very hot (to the point where my creams were melting). When we asked the hotel staff about this they said the air conditioning is not switched on in the winter. |

Location is great, also good cafe across the road for breakfast. Room very modern and comfortable, good shower. Mini bar had little choice, however room service was good. Restuarant was a bt of a let down. |
