Trato muy amable,Personal efectivo, check in-out rápido.
Sala del gimnasio poco ambientada. Necesitaría alguna maquina mas.
Check-in, receptionist was not polite. Did not explain directions to the room, the identify card document, breakfast timing and payment. FOM or GM please teach your staff 'how to do a basic check-in' ..
Everything was within reach in a few minutes; if you have a map then you feel like a local; I could walk everywhere or catch bus, metro or taxi. Wi-fi worked well and the room was quiet if you kept the window closed.
Reception staff were not the most welcoming I've seen; they were a bit sharp. The bed was not double but two single beds put together. Breakfast had good variety but it wasn't good value for money. The restaurant was not open for all meals. There was no safe in the room and no iron; ironing service was expensive.
We had stayed here two years ago and been very satisfied. Nothing different this time, the staff especially helpful and friendly, very comfortable room and amazing value for money.
As well as the excellent service and delightful breakfast, the location was perfect for the city and old town together with its closeness to the station for the Metro and the airport
Staff and cleanliness at the hotel was excellent. For the price paid this hotel was fabulous.
Wifi not great in the room but good in the bar - which was handy!!
Very helpful staff. Separate sitting room in Junior Suite. Good sized beds.
Hotel could do with some refurbishment, starting to look a bit shabby. No shower cap or body lotion provided.
Clean rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast. We checked in at 10 am & the room was already available. In the neighbourhood of a Metro station (Xativa), so we could easily and rapidly go places (harbour & seaside, Océanographic, ...)
The room and the confort of the beds
No fresh orange juice for breakfast, in Valencia..... in October!!!! Definitely not a 4 star hotel.
The price for 11-12th oct was too high
The room was very quiet and large but no outlook. Bed was very comfortable. Good location as we were able to walk to restaurants and bus stops.
Poor wifi reception on the 4th floor, had to log on in the lobby.
Great location, just on the outer edge of the old city, couple of minutes walk to popular streets. Good breakfast. Helpful staff provided info on every question regarding the transport.
Although modernly furnished, the condition of the interiors looked a bit aged.
large rooms and bathroom
Very old furniture and not very clean. Breakfast very poor, no vegetables at all
Everything. We had the junior suite, excellent value. Staff were very friendly and very helpful. Its not in the old town but this was a bonys as it was quiet. Its only a 7 minutes walk to the older part near the cathedral, so pretty close.
breakfast was excellent staff were very helpful beds were comfortable
the car park below is extremely expensive - avoid at all costs! Hotel needs redecorating in some areas. The room needed airing when we arrived.
The room was a good size, it was a smoking room but by leaving the window open for a few hours the air was fresher.
Only had CNN in English
friendliy staff, excellent location, great beds, lovely city, would recommend you visit and stay in hotel conqueridor, will be back.
poor television, needs to upgrade for more variety
Location General amenities
Car park nearby expensive even with hotel discount. 18Euros
The location is ok for Valencia North Station, and old city.
The hotel location is on the edge of the old town in a less busy / diserable area. The hotel is one we had stayed at before 7 years ago, however since then the area has declined and the hotel has had no investment. Very tired rooms, not what we would expect from a 4 star hotel. Breakfast was also not up to comparable spanish 4 star standard.
Almost everything at walk distance, friendly personnel, plenty breakfast variations, nice clean rooms.
Wifi would not work in the room, would only work in the hall.
-toilets are a bit old and rusty -neighboring areas might have a view of your bath :-) as it's glass and not covered
Easy access to everything.
Nothing bad to say about this hotel.
- nice, quiet room - good location
- poor breakfast
It was good for a 2 night stay. There is parking next door with no access to the hotel so have to drag your bags out onto the street and then to the hotel, which fortunately is only a few minutes away. Walking distance to the city centre which is very convenient and the staff at reception were very pleasant and helpful.
The restaurant was closed for August but they served breakfast which was average. The room was smaller than we thought and what it looked like on the web site. We asked for a non smoking room weeks before our stay but they put us in a smoking room and when we asked to be moved they said they had no non smoking rooms available so we were not happy about that as the smell was awful, even though they sent housekeeping to spray the room which of course lasted for about 10 minutes.
The Breakfast is poor
