Stayed here before location great reception guys very friendly nice and clean

Bed s just a bit on the hard side

the entertainment was very good the beds were very comfortable and the rooms very spacious

the food was not very good no choice for evening meal only one meat on the sweets were not good either. they did not replace the food quick enough when it was getting low i did complain about the food a few timesbut it didnt make any difference

Staff, choice for breakfast, rooms basic but clean and have all you need within them, powerful and easily adjustable shower, location, decent prices in the bar.

mattress on bed felt hard after a couple of days use, no safe in room for free use by occupant, old-fashined TV, no mini-bar for use during hot weather if wanted to, pool bar only does limited food and drinks, entertainment in main bar all the usual type of act and cheesy with it.

ive stayed at riudor several times and have never had any complaints. been to many hotels in benidorm over last 20years but riudor is my favorite. all staff very pleasant and the food is good. will be back later in year..

Great value for money excellent location and overall a great hotel food staff etc !!!

This was a lovely hotel with good food, good service, high level of cleanliness, towels were changed every day. Close to numerous places for evening entertainment and also very close to the beach. Evening entertainment every night although we did not always stay in for this as we wished to explore the town. Free Wi Fi in the reception area which was a useful bonus! Swimming pool area was also very clean. Bar snacks and drinks available at very good prices and the prices in the main bar were also very good. We will be going back to this hotel :-)

The Black Chicken Karaoke bar is open from 12 noon daily and can be very noisy. Also John & Josephs a 24hr restaurant is directly behind this hotel and chatter can be heard throughout the night. This can lead to disturbed sleep as the air conditioning in the rooms has very little effect and you really need the balcony door open to get some air. I would recommend that you ask for a room on the opposite side of the hotel to these two establishments ( I most certainly will next time I book )!

the hotel and staff were excellent , food was good plenty of choice and all inclusive which we upgraded to was excellent value for money the hotel is in a good central location . The entertainment at night was very good and it has been the first time in over 20yrs holidaying in benidorms various hotels we actually stayed in for the entertainment people were very freindly and requesting extra pillows etc was not a problem ....would book this hotel again without hesitation

My bed was a wee bit lumpy , sorted problem , switched beds with husband :)

Not easy too find,The sat nav kept bringing us around in a circle.

Conveniently situated for our overnight stay. Basic accommodation and food.

The beds were very uncomfortable.

Location, cleanliness and the breakfast menu was first class.

The pool area was small and the sunbeds in the best positions had towels put on them first thing even though they were not used till after lunch in many cases.

I was under the impression that I had paid for the hotel before departure so was shocked when receptionish asked for payment on arrival. Luckily I had a credit card with me. If I had not, I would have had to use my spending money.

(1) Staff very miserable. (2) We have never been treated so poor by staff at any hotel in 20 years - if they contiue like this they won't have a Riudor hotel much longer.

This is the second time we have booked to stay at Hotel Riudor and this is the second time they have re-booked us into one of their sister hotels. Riudor was chosen for it's location close to the beach and the nightlife, whereas the alternative hotel was many blocks further away. They did not have the decency to contact me in advance to explain what they had re-arranged even though they had my contact details. See below.

On arrival it is impossible for me to cancel, as it is impossible to find an alternative hotel at that late stage. Their policy is obviously to overbook this hotel and simply shove guests who have booked for a short stay into their lesser loved hotels on arrival when it is too late to book an alternative. Both my bookings were made in good faith - but they have none. I will never book this hotel again.

Nice clean good value Hotel, friendly staff, good food, great location.

Only complaint: no hair dryer.
