The hotel was in a good location, we had no problems except the bed
The beds were so hard it was impossible to sleep so we left after one day.
Location, no children
Nice hotel. Really central for shops and nightlife. Although noisy outside still got a good nights sleep with patio doors closed. Good food. Clean and comfortable.
Stayed in September 2013 but on arrival they didn't have a room for us even although it had been booked for months. We were moved to an apartment along the street and round the corner but we did get a room the next day and were upgraded from half board to full board at no extra cost. Booked for September 2014 and AGAIN on arrival there was NO ROOM. This time we were moved to the Regente which was a nice hotel but way out of the area we wanted to be in. Would like to know why they keep taking bookings when they don't have rooms available!!!
We asked for an alarm call on the final morning but didn't, receive that call. This could have meant that we missed our coach to the airport.
A well positioned hotel which has been very well refurbished and has new comfortable sunbeds and a lovely big swimming pool. The air conditioning has been improved and generally the hotel is a nice place to stay. The staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble and the Manager in the dining room makes you feel very welcome and is always smiling and the food was very good. The room was kept clean and towels were changed daily.
Food was not great
The location is good for night life but not if you want the traditional benidorm.
Noisy all night, noisy all day, food is geared for English tourists who don't really want to experience Spanish food. You may as well go to Blackpool. Can't really blame the hotel though as all the guests seemed to enjoy this. Not for me though, old town next year.
Sun beds crammed in around the pool so you were too close to others whilst sunbathing. Glad I was only here for 1 night as the hotel food was not up to much. I felt that the hotel lacked atmosphere .
Although we only stayed the one night as we were visiting friends that were staying at the hotel, we thought it was excellent value for money, food was excellent, and the drinks exceptionally reasonable will definitely come again
We just wished there was a car park as we spent 45mins trying to find a public car park. Eventually we found one, and was then able to relax in the hotel
food options at meal times were very poor
Staff very helpful. Food very good and plenty of choice. Very good location.
Can't fault the hotel or staff.going back next year
Can be a little noisy but it's benidorm. And my mum was disappoint ed there was no bingo
loud music from the bars next door
restaurant, food and service, entertainment on the one night I stayed in
bedroom very noisy neighbours and from the surrounding bars and restaurants. smell of smokers in the corridors.
The fact we were a group of friends on a reunion and even though the majority booked the Riudor as far back as SEPTEMBER 2013 on arrival we found we were all farmed out to different Hotels or Apartments which did impact on the reunion - I very much doubt the November 2014 or April 2015 that the Riudor will be on the preferred list for accommodation - I for one will not recommend B Williams
Very central location hotel and food great. Really enjoyed our stay, would go back.
Noise from bl chicken bar. They should have some sort of security on doors to move people on as there was a lot of shouting swearing and scuffles going on till early hours.
Very comfortable stay
Free wi fi
Wi fi was slow at times and would of been better if it reached the rooms
We just love this hotel the riudor and love benidorm
Very central location if you want to go out on the town, and not far from the beach. Something for everyone.
Maybe because of the season, but found the breakfast buffet a bit boring. Same thing every day. What was available was good but got a bit bored with it after a few day
Well situated for nightlife and beach
Poor food, non-existent air conditioning meant had to have window open hence bit to bits by Mosquitos. Far too noisy and far too hot to leave the windows closedl
Friendly attentive staff and good mix of guests. No hen or stag parties. Nice mature people. Good entertainment and bar prices very fair and reasonable. Third visit and would go again
Struggle to get a lift at busy times so always ask for a low floor in case I have to walk
The position of the hotel in the heart of Benidorm
Not a lot, suppose we could have had a room looking towards the sea, but no real problem.
Location very good.
Entrance at the front of hotel steps to close to the opening of the doors.
