This luxurious hotel is set 5 minutes’ drive from the Formigal Ski Resort in the Aragonese Pyrenees. The staff were great. The general appearance of the hotel is very nice. The price-quality is good. The fact that they do not charge to use the spa facilities. The insulation in our room was quite poor. We could hear people speaking in the next room quite clearly. The size of the spa is somewhat small for the size of the hotel.

Habitación grande, las vistas a la montaña, diseño de los salones, cantidad y variedad del buffet del dyno. Algo alejado del centro, los radiadores hacían ruido y era molesto por la noche, el spa un poco justo (el agua templada) y mucho cloro en la piscina.

Todo muy nuevo. El bufet tambien muy completo. Las habitaciones amplias. El personal muy agradable. El clima y el entorno muy buenos. El spa no merece la pena. Para ir al centro de la urbanizacion hay que andar 10 min. Aunque el hotel tiene servicio de coche que te lleva donde necesites.

Salle de jeux, piscine chauffée, salle de sport, mini club, ... Tout est là pour un excellent séjour en famille. pour l'ensemble des prestations et le rapport qualité/prix: A recommander!!! Un bémol sur la propreté qui laisse à désirer à certains endroits de l'hôtel.

El hotel esta nuevo y la habitacion era grande y comfortable El hotel esta muy lejos de la zona de restaurantes/bares de la urbanizacion Formigal, al final de una larga pendiente. El servicio de transporte fue deficiente. No se ajusta al precio pagado, la relacion calidad/precio es baja. El buffet es variado pero caro para la calidad ofrecida. La temperatura del agua del SPA estaba fria y las instalaciones eran sencillas. En general la relacion calidad/precio es baja.

Muy buena la ateción del personal, nos ayudaron en varias ocasiones con el coche ya que el tiempo era malísimo. El servicio de traslado facilitó el llegar a las pistas. No hay servicio de cafería al mediodía

Nous avions choisi une chambre avec vue. Chambre propre et spacieuse, bien chauffée, belle vue sur la montagne, le personnel est vraiment disponible et d'une gentillesse incroyable, toujours un petit mot gentil en français ! Petit déjeuner varié et délicieux, quand au dîner, il ne faut pas s'attendre à une restauration 4 étoiles mais à un buffet varié et copieux tout à fait correct. Le service de navette pour se rendre à Sextas est pratique, parfois un peu d'attente quand nous sommes nombreux à partir au même moment et il est possible de louer du matériel de ski sur place, le loueur est très gentil, disponible, et de bons conseils. Toutes les chambres donnent sur un couloir qui surplombe le hall, à certains moments de la journée, c'est très bruyant, l'hôtel n'était pas complet lors de notre séjour mais je suppose que cela peut être horripilant surtout avec certains qui manquent vraiment de discrétion !!! Il serait pourtant facile d'ajouter une porte à l'intérieur de la chambre après le couloir d'accueil pour assurer une meilleure isolation phonique. Sinon tout était bien, nous espérons y retourner l'année prochaine.

La amabilidad del personal. La limpieza de las habitaciones. La calidad y cantidad del buffet de desayuno y cena. En el SPA habían tenido un escape de cloro y no avisaban a la gente que entraba con lo que casi me quemo los ojos sólo con estar dentro de la sala sin meterme si quiera al agua. El traslado a pistas era muy escaso y sobre todo a la vuelta había que esperar bastante tiempo con el frío que hacía a que vinieran a recogerte. Me dieron un precio para el parking y se les olvidó el pequeño detalle de que el resto de los días era 6 euros más caro. Por último, estaría bien que explicasen en invierno al llegar cómo funciona la calefacción y no que esperasen a que bajaras mosqueado porque no funciona...

Nos ha satisfecho la flexibilidad del hotel para modificar nuestra reserva a última hora, y poder cancelar la última noche, ya que las codiciones climatológicas no eran muy buenas. También nos gustó la amabilidad del personal. Habitaciones amplias y confortables. La ubicación no es la más idonea cuando hay temporarl, ya que dependes 100% del transporte del hotel (furgonetas) para bajar a Formigal y a la estación.
