Its proximity to the beach, resturants and shops. As well as its proximity to the train station. The staff was also efficient and helpful.

This is an older property that would rent for 75-100/night in the states. All the money went toward the lobby remodel. They evidently ran out of funds before they got to replacing the carpets and air conditioning in the rooms. Also be prepared to climb a 200-300 foot vertical cliff via a 130 stair staircase in order to get from the hotel to the torremelinos train station which would otherwise be very nearby. At a nightly rate of 150 euros I cannot recommend this hotel. At 50-75 euro I would say go for it, but only if you have a car, or are in good shape. Also, ask that your room not be located on the North-East side of the property. Those rooms overlook what can only be described as a slum.

Excellent location. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Room clean and comfortable. Arrived in the morning but room was ready so able to book in straightaway. Internet access (free wifi) good. Had a room opposite the lifts but not disturbed by noise. Bath/shower very roomy with loads of piping hot water.

Restaurant waiting staff unfriendly and surly. Requests met with much eye rolling and a good deal of fuss. No hotel information in the rooms or in reception. Nor were there any leaflets/ brochures about local area or attractions.

Parking is a complete nightmare. The hotel is quite big but they did not make proper parking aera. You end up parking your ar somewhere in Torremolinos. It took me 30 minutes to be back in the room from the moment I left to find a spot as obviously the hotel was full. If you are one of the lucky gasts that can park your car at the hotel, you tend to leave it there for the entire stay...
