Room and furnishings were upscale

Dining room staff were rude and did not speak English and made no effort to understand us in Spanish, strange policy requiring "welcome" document from hotel. Problem might have been that dining room was for "all-inclusive" clients and served only those meals. If so, they should have been able to communicate this better.

Very friendly staff, convenient car parking. General standards very clean. Excellent breakfast.

Pillows very uncomfortable. I suffered neck ache for two days afterwards.

The breakfast was excellent! The view was very nice and the rooms are very clean.

The shower is in the bath and we had a few slips in the bath. We asked for double beds but instead we got two single beds next to each other. I had to sleep in the whole!!

Unable to exit the gates from the pool area to the street in front - surely a key system could be installed to alow you to use your room-key to swipe and allow the gate to open - if you were at the pool and wanted to cross over to the beach you have to go down through reception and back up to the street - this is not a dislike only a suggestion

The room was large, as was the bed. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The location was perfect - across the street from the beach and surrounded by bars and restaurants.

The bed, while large, was a little hard. There was only one chair on the balcony.

Loved the modern design and location of hotel , perfect for our one night stay

We liked the location of the hotel which is across the road from the beach and a short walk from town. There is a lift close to the hotel for those not able to hike up the winding street. Hotel is extremely clean. The room we were allocated was spacious and very comfortable. Good choice of European channels available on the TV. Breakfast did not disappoint since there is something for every taste.

Location, great breakfast (bubbles, showcooking, fresh fruit etc). Small but very clean rooms.

Airconditioning didn't work: too early in the season although we woke up every night because it was too hot in the room even with the window to the balcony wide open day and night. No pooltowels, very uncomfortable sunbeds (too little in high season) Very big hotel (500rooms or more) so very unpersonal staff. Noisy and unsociable breakfastrestaurant but this was made up by the great breakfast!

A good place on the sea front, near to the bars, restaurants and centre. Enjoyed the spa. Like the way the eggs and pancakes were cooked at the buttet-bar. We had a lovely view, on the side, looking at the sea. Nice balcony. Pretty furniture in the room.

We asked for a double bed and were given twins pushed together. But, more importantly, the beds were too hard for us and gave us backache.

Asked for sunny position for room but did not get it. Repairs going on, lack of private garden and pool.

We booked a double room which was nice and with a view on the beach. We booked this hotel at the date of our arrival for only 1 day, because it is close to the airport. Friendly staff.

No free internet. Very very small pool. For a beach hotel, no chair for the beach, you have to pay 5 euros per day to have a chair on the beach .

I booked this hotel as a treat for my grand daughter ,I wanted an hotel with indoor pool and only considered ones that had this .This hotel does not have an indoor pool as described in your listings it has a spa bath that is another 18 euros to use so we were very disappointed and it should be amended in your discription of the hotel .The cot we asked was supplied but was filthy they did bring another one but the first one should not have even been left
