Excellent value for such a great location and a beautifully maintained hotel. Very comfortable, spacious room. Generous breakfast included, with great selection of fresh fruit, cold meats and cheeses and Danish pastries. Friendly and helpful staff.

Some noise from bar on ground floor where people sat outside until 3.00am. However, the double glazing effectively shut this out and air conditioning could then be used if required.

The location could not be better, the beds are very large and comfortable and the breakfast on offer is very generous and fresh (with eggs cooked to order). We'd recommend requesting a room with a view of the Ceramics Museum - the square is beautiful!

The hotel was very comfortable, excellently priced and very close to the cathedral in the old town. Breakfast was lovely and plentiful. Very nice cocktail bar - drinks v expensive but worth it for the experience! We arrived early and although we hadn't expected to get into our rooms till 4 pm we were allowed in at 1 pm.

In general, staff extremely helpful and friendly (reception, late night bar and chambermaid). Arrived early and let into room early. Location amazing. Tons of hot water, bubble bath, soap etc really useful due to plane luggage allowance. Very clean and enjoyed fresh towels and sheets daily. Superb bartender in the late night bar (guy with a beard!.

Only 1 long pillow and 1 small square pillow. Another 2 large pillows would have been better. Patio doors - only 1 opened, key missing - could not get chair onto the balcony. Also another chair would have been useful. Fridge - this goes off whenever the key is removed from the electric so products are never really cold. Tried to order a beer at 1.15 on the terrace but were just ignored by the waiter, despite numerous attempts to catch his eye (guy with shaved head). He did not come and explain that the bar was closing and eventually we left at 1.30 and went inside and ordered directly from the barman making the drinks - took them upstairs and did not use the terrace bar again as we did not feel comfortable or welcome.

Liked the location. It was very central to everything. We found that we didn't need to take the tourist bus to explore the city as everything we wanted to see was within walking distance.

We had a room at the back of the hotel which was very dark, but the room was a good size so it wasn't a problem. Their were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

The service door on level one- the door was in constant use, general chatter could be heard. CLOSE the door!

Very friendy and helpful staff, room was large, light and airy, double aspect and very nice views from both windows. Large comfortable bed. Terrace was lovely, service was good.

Excellent location for sightseeing and shopping. Comfortable and nice rooms. Very friendly reception staff. When I visit Valencia again, I would choose this hotel again. I can recommend it to everybody.

One morning during breakfast there were no tables and cups available.

The location was perfect. The hotel did not look like pictures.

The staff was ok....They did not go out of their way to make one feel welcomed.

Staff was very helpful every time we needed their assistance, from preparing us a 'sandwich-mixto' on the night of arrival even though the kitchen had been closed for 30 min, to rapidly providing help to clean up the mess caused by our toddler loosing a glass on the floor in the afternoon.

This is a small, very comfortable hotel within a few minutes walk of all the sights of Valencia Old Town.

Room, bathroom, location.

Walls were thin. Restaurant was closed on Sunday evening.

Location, in the historic centre. Easy to find. Design and decor, modern. Large room with balcony. Good breakfast.

The receptionist did not know where we could catch the airport bus!

Location, outdoor terrace was stunning,very comfortable,lovely food at good prices,most of staff were very friendly.

No tea and coffee in the room, breakfast room on first day was a sham, no clean tables, no cups, could not get anything from staff
