Bed comfort, lighting, TV, mini bar.
Water presure in the shower was a joke... And I was living on the first floor. Second: nobody notice before you make bookings that the standart rooms all look into courtyard... so no privacy and no light in the morning unless you are dressed from the moment you leave the bed... Very small standard rooms. Spa is in the other building... Breakfast was ok...
Great location, within walking distance to most iconic monuments. Excellent breakfast.
Interior rooms might be ok for solo teavellers bug not for couples. Better try and upgrade for an exterior room.
Fantastic location. Very trendy hotel with stunning roof bar.
We were there in January. Tom was too warm.
Comfort of bed was excellent, the room also was excellent. The hotel has great atmosphere, on the roof is great club, with very nice staff and cocktails. The hotel is on the excellent position in the city.
The location, the spaciousness of the room and the view from my room.
The bed sheets, they were not of good quality and covered my clothes in a thousand white specks of cotton when I sat on them in balck clothes.
Very good location, central. Many things are on walkingdistance.
Rooftopbar was one of the reasons to go there. Unfortunately it was limited open in December.
very nice hotel, perfect location, a lot of bars and restaurants around. Free wifi, nice and not expensive breakfast. Kind staff, and helpfull. Modern rooms and style
the windows were looking in the inside of the building, so we couldn't open the windows.
Great stay friendly staff Keep up the great work

The staff, food, location.
The room was a little past its best.
The room was a good size with a small balcony to walk out on . Lighting a bit hard to get use to , it even came in by itself at 5 in the morning .
We struggled a bit with the laundry with some going a stray for a while . Very helpful staff though .
Staff indifferent and breakfast poor. Some rooms very small !!
I was incredibly impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff before, during and after the visit. The room was exquisite and the staff couldn't do enough to make the stay pleasant, in particular Raquel.
There were no negatives from our stay.
Location was excellent. Pretty much the centre of the city. Rooms were clean
Rooms were on the small size.
The spa and modern room
Breakfast good Position in relation to musea , central Madrid shop+ touristic sites, Tapas bars, etc., excellent
Noise in the square from late night revellers.
Friendly staff, great well equipped room. Lovely to have a balcony.
Hotel location was terrific. Downstairs were taxis (if needed) and lots of restaurants in the square. The room was smaller than expected but sufficient and recently updated - no complaints from me.
Stylish, excellent bed and pillows , excellent location
No bath, no view
location style and lounge
regular rooms pretty small
Location Great old building-completely modernized Room had great view-huge windows Very modern and clean Helpful staff
Computer and printer downstairs didn't work well.
Central position, bed comfy, and breakfast excellent - with lovely breakfast staff.
Over-priced, pathetic attempt at stylish - result was beige and soulless. Everything electronic in the room - control panel v tiny characters so hard to see with average eyesight. Never worked out how to turn on shower. Worst was grimy control panel [simple wipe got rid of the brown smears] and hairs everywhere. Your 'view' could easily be an internal courtyard which was never mentioned when we booked. Roof terrace was like an airport waiting room with high glass walls and huge umbrellas so you had no feeling you were outside. Also hard brown banquettes not comfy. No atmosphere at this hotel, not clean, sense of being in an airport hotel, and hugely overpriced.
You really should warn people the rooftop may not be available. It was a big reason why we chose the hotel and quite disappointing to find out we could not access it.
This hotel has everything - gorgeous rooms, fantastic staff, superb food and great location. We would definitely recommend it.
