Very good,
Score from 229 reviews
“ Madrid Mia great location. Walkable to just about anything. Really close to SOL metro which if you need to take the metro is pretty much city center. Main shopping streets close by. Little boutiques near by for made in madrid stuff. A ton of restaurants to go to. A friend recommended lateral for food which is right out side the doors of the hotel. ”

the room rug was torn and worn. it gave a bit of a worn impression that i didn't expect otherwise. i thought i was staying at a hotel called reina victoria but there was no sign stating this on the exterior nor interior of the building.

The location of the hotel at Plaza Santa Anna puts you in the heart of the old town. The staff at check-in were friendly and helpful, answered all our questions. The room I stayed in ( 416), which the hotel described as minimalist, barely had room for the bed and a desk, and overlooked a courtyard which resembled a shaft - small and dark. I did not mind as we only slept there, but to have a better experience choose a room with view over the plaza. Unfortunately, we needed twin beds and the rooms with view only offered double beds - something the management should look at.

The room service is one of the best in city. But this hotel is going worst every time. I use to stay in this hotel once per month, but i've seen this hotel declining last few months. Internet was free before, and working perfectly. Now is paid (15 euros/day) and doesnt work. In the last night of my stay, I had to get a room in another hotel nearby to be able of work online. The other hotel was 50m away, costed half of the price and was much better than this one. I am not sure I will be back to this hotel again. What is really a pitty.

The location of the hotel. The extremely helpful staff and the comfort after a long journey. No mirrors in the main room. A chair by the desk/makeup area but no mirror. so where do I do my hair with GHDs surely not in the bathroom? Overly complicated lighting with no instructions. Arriving late, shattered tired and then having to work out the lighting and Tv channels isn't a good impression. Bathroom floor is like an ice rink when slightly wet very dangerous. Sorry for these but we did love the hotel but some things need tweeking.

Madrid Mia great location. She's a bit of a foodie. Since I was solo I went to san Miguel market for most meals since its fresh and can get a little bit of anything. Took me eight minutes to walk there. Hotel is very nice. Free wifi in common areas. Need to pay 15euros q 24hrs in room. Kind of annoying - if your computer is still for a. Few minutes you have to log back in. Rooms are perfectly compact. I recommend daily maid service for keeping it from being cluttered. Shower is good and the building is quiet if you face away from the street. The roof top bar is nice. I only had a tomato salad in the restaurant and it was really good! The coffee. Is good for room service too. There is a gym it's small. Had I known I would have paid to go to the spa and gym next door to the hotel . It has a sauna and pool I think worth the price. Oddly I actually needed a sewing kit for a button that fell off . Just ask the front desk! :)

Stylish design that is easy on the eye. Welcoming staff makes real efforts to help you. Rooftop bar has great views and is a little known gem of the city. Splendid view of the plaza. Fitness facility does exist although not advertised. Helpful service. Entire staff speak english well. Wifi works well. Booking.com boasts free Wifi in entire hotel, but hotel standard is that Wifi in room should be paid, so bring the booking.com confirmation.

Very impressive fascade. Good situation in city, good transport links although central Madrid is easily walkable. Multitude of bars & restuarants in vicinity Fantastic views from roof terrace - ask to go up if it;s not open. Good temperature control in rooms Aura rooms are small although very comfortable. Tea/coffee making facitilies would be good for high standard of hotel. Now charging for wi-fi although Booking.com website still says free in all areas (we insisted & got it free as it was printed on our receipt)

We loved the location! We also really appreciated the American-style breakfast buffet. The beds were very comfortable. The food in the restaurant was only average. The staff was very helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Would highly appreciate wifi all over the hotel and the rooms for no charge.

Excellent location, on the lovely Plaza Sta. Ana. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, always available to help. Room very sleek and comfortable. There was no channel guide for the TV, and no instructions for the "trick" to turnon the TV. Breakfast quite pricey. No in-room coffee.

An absolutely stunning hotel, inside and out, in a perfect location. Gorgeous rooms, attentive service (even contacted in advance to understand preferences) and a nice little treat for my wife's birthday. The rooftop bar is stunning and the restaurant excellent too, with great service and decent prices too. As with many hotels, breakfast was too pricey (€30) so we didn't bother- I guess they just charge whatever they know business travellers can claim back Mini-bar was very expensive too, but again, nothing surprising there!
