The Penthouse Rooftop Bar - a contemporary lounge bar with an impressive roof top terrace. Enjoy an evening in sophisticated, modern design with superb views over the "Plaza de Santa Ana".

Midnight Rose - Restaurant and bar situated on the mezzanine floor of the hotel also has views over the "Plaza de Santa Ana" and was designed by the renowned "After Midnight" design company.

The restaurant offers three different styles of cuisine and aspires to create a memorable gastronomic experience.

An international menu mostly inspired by the Mediterranean diet but that also has touches of American and Asian flavours.

Service was elegant and very very polite.. Staff good english. Great staff!

ground floor rather warrren like dark and i found a little scary /claustrophobic (poor fire escape access) they moved me on request. if you are staying i would go for an expensive room.

The hotel itself was spectacular in a prime location and ultra modern with beautiful decor. We stayed in a level room overlooking the main plaza, the room was just the right the size for us, any smaller, like some the other rooms and it could feel less comfortable. The entertainment system in the room is a great idea. Roof top bar a must with great views of the city. Room service was excellent.

Food and drink quite pricey, however quality of food and the accompanying service reflected this. High quality.

Choice of bed firmness. Very comfortable bed. Staff was very helpful to orient to Madrid and Spain. We enjoyed our stay very much

As is true for many hotels, there was only one chair in a room designed for two people.

Central location to tourist sites, good technology support ie wifi, tv, front office staff was very supportive and accommodating.

Maid services not attentive to details such as cleanliness, repairs to room/facilities, timely room service. This failure is exaggerated by the small size of deluxe accommodations. Room rate is too expensive relative to room size, decor, configuration and service.
