Clean, spacy rooms. Friendly staff. Great breakfast
Over extra price "city view" room was facing the mountains and not the city! When requisting another room all was booked. SPA cost 12€ for adults and 8€ for children, which is not stated on booking homepage.
was on the 16th floor but could not see out unless standing up. why put windows next to the ceiling??
Rooms were very nice and comfortable
Meals were not good, best eat out.
Helpful friendly staff
Way too expensive and free tea & coffee maker but notice in room says use only bottled water which you pay for
The breakfast, the views and the installations.
the staff service, the amenities, no business center, just a pair of towels in a relax room!
staff was very helpful, room clean and spacious
facilities (gym) are not up to expectation need to pay for swimming pool
almost everything (room, staff, services, breakfast)
internet: it is free but it is a very low quality connection !
What a deeply disappointing experience. The staff were really off-hand and just did not care about the customers or were at all helpful. Given how much money you spend there, and its 4 star rating, it was just a very poor experience and not a good welcome to Valencia.
Hotel room is spacious and clean. Bathrooms is very modern, functional and equipped with everything necessary. What I liked best is that there are two showers in the bathroom. The view we had from our room on the 13th floor was great as well.
The only downside is the location, which a bit away from the center and the main attractions in Valencia. However there is a bus stop right next to the hotel and a metro station about 5 minutes away from it.
Clean and contemporary Comfortable Large room
Not close to any sites of note Two blocks to subway
Large, comfortable bedroom. Really comfy king size bed. Friendly staff.
Location - bit far from town but near to tram, subway and bus services. The bar area is a bit soulless and corporate so not somewhere where weekend visitors would want to spend much time in.
Very spacious room
all your staff were very helpful and polite.as i forgot some cloth in a drawer, your staff Erik and Edouardo were very helpful to prepare it for collection, although being busy at the Reception
Spa has to be paid extra
The hotel has everything a business user would expect. The rooms are lovely.
Ridiculously priced mini bar items. €4.40 for a tiny tub of Pringles is just one example. Parking is €17 per day. For a hotel with 29 floors they need more than one person on reception during the day.
This is so far my best Europe Hotels experience ... Spacious rooms / Shower ... Good food / Location ... Friendly smiling staff ... Value for money is brilliant comparing to many cities in Europe...
Wifi needs to be much better to better serve Business guests ...
Very nice big, modern hotel. Personnel are kind , and helpful, although they seem to be understaffed at the reception (long waiting lines at times), and the bar/cafeteria. We had booked a junior suite, and it was simply superb. Extraordinary value for money. As often in Melias, they had an outstanding breakfast buffet. We had dinner at the restaurant : fine cuisine, although a bit pricy. Our stay (3 nights) was outstanding in every aspect.
The hotel is a little far from the city center, but we knew that, and you can be there in a few minutes by metro, or taxi (abt. 10 euros).
Amazing value for money. Big, slick, luxury hotel feel, with the right business touches.
everything was perfect at the Hotel, beautiful room with view over the city, enjoyable SPA and very friendly and helpful Staff at the reception. In particular Nuria has a great attitude for customer service.
location is ok , it is not too close to the city centre but i knew that.. centre can anyway be reached by taxis which are not expensive comparing to other cities or by metro which stop is 5 minutes far away on foot. Use the metro if you have time to/from the airport
Lived up to its 4 Star rating! Staff were courteous, the room was specious and clean and the views were great!
Chauffeur service to park the car, lots of shops and restaurants close by, as well as some fabulous churches and museums. Far too hot and humid to visit any though.
Swimming pool was closed for cleaning, not a big problem, but at 39 degrees would have been nice to have a swim in the afternoon. Hotel restaurant was closed, too.
Clean rooms, amazing view from the 24th floor, friendly staff, metro is nearby (Beniferri)
The swimming pool is not free. It's a spa instead, entrance is 12 euro. Neighbours were a bit noisy, but it depends.
The staff was extemy lu helpful and accommodated us in every way possible.
Although the location is nice, one must take the metro or bus in order to reach the city center. It's about 3 stops away.
Clean room, friendly staff and close to lots of bars and Valencia underground.
We were not given a City view room (paid extra). Unable to get into the Level Lounge. Only open for special occassions. No pool. It's for Spa use.
