We liked the location and the cleanliness

Poor breakfast selection. having to pay extra for using the spa pool, after paying 700 euros to stay at this hotel, didnt like attitudes of some staff members

Very nice personal. Very nice hotel and very good food.

For using Wi-fi and spa you have to pay additionally, thats a bit redicilous for so many stars having hotel.

There is little within walking distance. The Sunday evening meal was spoilt by the staff booking us an Al Fresco meal at the main restaurant veranda and when we arrived it was closed. We never eat indoors in the summer so had to suffer the Italian restaurant indoors!

When we finally sorted out our room mix up, we were overjoyed with the room that we were given. The hotel waws very clean and well run and the staff were always helpful and caring.

Personally we were slightly dissapointed that there were no outside services such as shops, supermarkets within walking distance where we could pick up a magazine or buy bottles of water for example. We also had to hire a car as everything was too far to walk and buses were poor.

Location was superb.Hotel is luxurious and the staff very polite and helpful.The room was beautiful and room service prompt.

Very happy with this choice for a short 3 days relaxing break.

The choice of restaurants was a bit limited as we didn't like the buffet, but there was a nice restaurant 10 mins along the beach.

Facilities are excellent: has three pools one of which is good for children who can't swim. View of the sea and old town is spectacular. Has a fabulous spa to relax in thermal water. Rooms are clean and neat.

Hotel does not have a private beach. Although hotel is described to be on the beach, reaching beach is not easy as you have to go out of the hotel and descend through long stair passage which makes it hard to go for people with young children. Beach is rocky and in case you insist to swim there, go prepared with divers boots to protect your feet.

The hotel in general is in very good condition. The breakfast and dinner buffé was excellent and it were a good verity of foods to choose from. The pool area was also good for both kids and adults.

It was hard to find parking at the hotel unless you paid 11 Euro per day to park in the hotel's underground parking. Parking should be free for hotel guests.

There was no reservation of sunbeds, which were always available. Very unusual, especially in July.

The drinks were very expensive.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our room wasn't cleaned up after the first night so I went to the front desk to inform them just to make sure that my room was on the list for clean up. They apologized and offered to upgrade me to an ocean view room. That was very nice of them. Unfortunately, the room I was moved into didn't get strong enough wifi signal so I was unable to get on the internet (for which I paid 15 euro for a 24-hour service). The hotel tried to resolve this but was unsuccessful. They ended up waiving my wifi usage charge for the remainging 6 days but for that, I had to get dwon to the lobby to get connected.

Wifi connection was poor. Apart from not getting any signal at some parts of the hotel, it was slow when connected. The restaurant is nice but too pricy. And there is nothing else within reasonalbe walking distance.

The bathroom was fabulous other than that I cannot think what else I liked about this hotel.

The bar staff were rude and unwilling as was the chefs at breakfast. Everything in the hotel was completely over priced epecially for the current climate.
