The staff were exceptional - kind and helpful. The double room (twins)mallocated wasw very good.
Did not like the triple rooms - settee was poor and one room had very strong smell of smoke.

The room was comfortable, and very adequate for 3 people.
The staff were very rude, and very not friendly. At times we were completely ignored at the reception desk. We were very disappointed that the reception staff would not attend to us, because we were young professionals. And we stayed there for 4 nights. Just unacceptable.

Hotel room was comfortable and convenient to town centre. Management and staff were courteous.Outdoor swimming pool and lounge area is a useful facility particular on hot days, which we unfortunately did not have during our stay.
Sauna was not in service and fitness centre was unattended when I tried to use them.
