Place was clean and location was good. Short walk to gunnenheim museum.
The hotel was lacking ambience.
Great location. Very central. Staff very helpful and have to say the bed was just so comfortable!
Good value evening menu. Breakfast was wonderful with so many different choices. Bed was big and very comfortable. Proximity to Guggenheim good.
Access to pool a bit hazardous.
The hotel was excellent and touring Bilbao, was a wonderful experience
the swimming pool the bedroom the location the staff
the tapas bar changed since I stayed there 3 years ago and had a very poor selection of food
Location..views..pool..staff..rooms...We stayed in the premier rooms on the top floor..and wow!..spacious, spotless, comfy, luxurious, stunning views. Stay there.
location location location
car park pricey but very convinent
Comfortable bed, spacious room, large bathroom
Dark, fire alarms in middle of night, had to evacuate, scary
Close to Guggenheim
Great location, less than 10 mins walk to the Guggenheim, close to shops and restaurants.
Very close to Guggenheim museum
Room very basic and not as clean as you would expect. Trams & trains outside room were noisy as room not double glazed.
Well located for the Guggenheim. Large modern hotel, bedroom was ver modern, very comfortable bed and a beautiful bathroom.
A/C did not seem very effective.
Staff were lovley
Location, funky pool on 6th tloor open to the elements, sauna, gym, lovely room with balcony, funky environment in general. Nice bath products
Bar tries to be uber cool and fails, its not Hoxton loves, so its not friendly and welcoming to ordinary folk either. Very poor selection of bar food on offer.
+ Location: Close to Gutenbergmuseum and public transport system. Bus to airport leaves at Via Grande 79 right across the park. + Architecture of the building + View from the 10th floor. 1003-1007 (..8,9 ?) are heading to the park. 1001 is heading to the opposite building, 1002 probably, too?
- Strong smell of insecticide(?) in room 1005. We asked for a different room and got offered the larger room 1001. 1001 was even worse: Same smell and a constant low frequency noise from the machine(?) room right next to it. So we stayed at 1005 and spend all time in the hotel with the door to the terrace wide open. Luckily it didn't start raining. - Price for the room was on the bill higher than promised at the reservation and at check in. => Discussion at checkout. Price was reduced back to reservation price. - We didn't have anything from the mini bar, they filled the already existing holes during our stay and tried to charge us for this. => Discussion at check out. - Food at hotel is expensive. We ate outside and had more, (probably better) and less expensive food.
This hotel is ideally situated for exploring Bilbao. The hotel itself was immaculately presented and we enjoyed staying in a modern, spacious room with an excellent bathroom. The staff were friendly and happy to help.
There was a slight delay during both check in and check out, this could have been easily solved by having more staff at peak times.
Good and nice position, Staff extremely professional and kind, Rooms big and comfortable, very good services and elegant hall and common areas. Silent and quiet in the night. Everything absolutely perfect!
Awesome bathroom, mattresses, views, close to river walk & Guggenheim, parking (expensive at eur 24) really convenient. Super nice staff in reception. Sauna and little pool.
The room needed re-painting, lots of marks on wall from hundreds of travellers, getting to be a bit worn-out. Still, ok for Eur 100 with booking.com but nowhere near nice enough for the original price Eur 300+ as advertised.
Every morning we were looking forward to the breakfast. Vast choice of food provides choice even during longer stays. Rooms are spacious, we had a terras so we could drink some Cava outside (6th floor). All this at a very reasonable price, at walking distance from the Guggenheim. Look no further!
There's an expresso machine in the room that delivers "hot water" if you want to make tea. It's really not hot enough to make decent tea, not even green tea. And at breakfast the water provided for tea isn't warm enough either. This is the only downside for this splendid hotel...
This large, modern hotel was on the river with a clean bike and walking path. It was walking distance to the Guggenheim Museum and right next to the tram to get to the casco viejo. The staff was very helpful and I had a great night's sleep in a quiet, comfortable room.
Minor, but the room could have used a fresh coat of paint...
Very close to shopping centre
Could not get anything to eat in hotel juring the day
Great location for visiting the art museums
Location a bit too far from old town
Location, pool, breakfast
Russian banking cards aren't accepted and this is crazy to find a cash machine to pay for the stay.
Needs a lick of paint
