Уютный отель, соответствует представлению о пятизвездночном. Мне показалось, что номер, все-таки дали не совсем тот, что был указан в листе бронирования. |

Отель очень красивый отель и удобно расположен. В духе начала 20го века. Очень приятная атмосфера и качественный сервис. Номера на картинке не соответствуют предлагаемым номерам. Мы забронировали Royal Premium. Нам предоставили 507. Номер был такой же как и double. Разница лишь в том, что в double room окна выходят во двор, а в Royal Premium на улицу. |

It was shown at the hotel's site the Premium room square is approximately 30 m2. The real square of the Premium room where I stayed was around 14 m2. The furniture was damaged. I left this hotel in the morning, though I planned to stay there 3 nights. |

friendlliness and courtesy of staff, promptness of service, relaxed atmosphere No - but would prefer better lighting above the desk - some of us unfortunately have to use our computers while in Spain - and the capacity to make tea or coffee in the room. |

When arriving at the Hotel,was told the room we had booked was not available, and was asked to take an inferior room which we refused after much arguing was offered the room which we had booked Not Happy. |

Hotel Staff, services and hospitality. Yes, The handicap room is very small, it is smaller than the regular rooms. We did not fit we asked to remove furniture from the room, the bed was really small and the wheel chair did not fit to make it to the bed. |
