The location was perfect the staff were mostly friendly and good with a couple who were exceptional

For our entire stay there was continual banging caused by men hitting a wall with sledge hammers. this prevented us using our room to sleep after 8am and between 8am and 6pm. I complained but nothing changed. No tea/coffee making facilities in room Breakfast hot food was cold at times. Breakfast tea was very poor quality and even when extra bag used, still watery and no taste No fresh milk available for cup of tea

Direct in Centre and waklking distance to Alhambra and Cathedrale. Exellent Breakfast

By car not easy to arrive. Small rooms with partially windows to backside w/o daylight.

Smell in room I believe that the rooms had previously been smoking rooms or had been smoked in prior to our stay corridors need bit of carpet updating

Very conveniently located downtown. In the off-season we got an excellent price for a 5-day stay, which enabled us to explore highly interesting Granada more deeply.

Very very noisy at 5 o'clock everymorning ... Rubbish collection in street ?? Lasted 10 - 15 minutes

This was our second visit and once again we were thoroughly happy with the hotel - will come again !

The location is excellent

That the hotel is advertised as having parking but this is not the case. The parking is a private company with an additional 20 euro charge which took the cost of our night to well over 120 euros! Also breakfast is served till 11am although at 10 am there are no staff to cook pancakes omlettes etc and nothing left.....this is not really the luxury service you would expect from the star rating and therefore made it very overpriced.

The Location was excellent - close to shopping, restaurants, and sightseeing transport. The room was very comfortable. Good sized bathroom. The staff were helpful

The Hotel was difficult to get to by car especially as we arrived in the evening and we weren't used to spanish driving conditions. Better instructions about how to reach it by car would have been appreciated. The room was a decent size but had a lot of furniture in it. Our son's roll out bed was uncomfortable and filled the vacant space in the room. The room smelled of cigarette smoke

Friendly and problem-solving staff.

Towel was not totally clean; woman underwear wrapping used hygienic stuff left under the bed from previous guest.

Good location, Near shopping and restaurants area, easy to move around. Quiet and comfortable room. I'd stay there again.

The service from The staff Washington excellent, made us feel very special. The bed was extremely comfortable and The shower was superb. Couldn't fault it, would definitely stay again.

Excellent location for a city break, comfortable and easy to get to. Reception staff very friendly.

Reception check out was surly and preoccupied. No opening windows in the top end room so it was musty.

It was a very central location and ideal for window shopping and for local restaurants and Tapas Bars.

Room was quite basic. The staff on arrival were not as good as the younger ones who were working on reception during day time.

Very good location, post office is right across the road, a great variety of restaurants in easy walking distance, tourist attrations in the near vicinity, good internet connection, however not WiFi

Wifi free in lobby good ...but not in room..wifi throughout is a basic requirement now for a 4 star hotel. No pool or steamroom

Lounge is great. Rooms are a bit dated but still decorated with style. Rooms are clean. The location is excellent, near historic centre and all bus routes for all the other historic sites.
