Location - walking distance to city centre but in a quiet street. Medium size with friendly, knowledgeable staff. If your lucky you can park in a side street and save money on car parking. The Sangria was very good. Local cafe for good quality breakfast. Sitting in the enclosed garden area. Cost for using car park. cost for breakfast. Both of these issues can be resolved. see my "like" comments.

Rooms in big need of refurbishing, moldy smell in bathroom. Construction outside meant having to park in underground tiny garage 400 yards away, had to walk through city center with luggage to get to hotel itself.

Position, very central but difficult to drive to because of the many roadworks presently in Granada. Lack of drawers in the bedroom and very restricted hanging space, not easy to use. Eating facilities at night were restricted to a few tables in the Bar which nobody appeared to use.

Excellent location in central Granada. We had a room with a private terrace which would have been lovely if the rain had stopped. There was free internet in the public areas, but it was 12 euros per day for internet in the room. The rooms are looking a little tired, but are comfortable and well equipped. A kettle for making tea or coffee would be a great addition.

Meeting at the reception was very good, checked in very fast, rooms very clean, hotel is central close to main attractions Room was very warm, could changed the ac setting as it is central. Asked to change the room, had to upgrade as the hotel was full. Rooms are not sound proof, could hear what ever was going in in the street and next room. No wi Fi in the rooms, and internet is only free in the lobby.

Very central for visiting the town centre Reserved 2 rooms with air-conditioning but only seemed to get hot air from the vents. Man at reception told us there was no air-conditioning and if the room was too hot to open the window!! Our rooms were on 1st floor but at back of hotel equal to ground floor, overlooking a bar open until early hours and therefore very noisy with window open. Minibar wasn't cold and hadn't been replenished. Breakfast not included in room price and at almost 18 euros per person, far too expensive - more expensive than the set lunch or dinner prices.

It was centrally situated and ideal for us as we were travelling with my father (86yrs old) We were able to find places to eat nearby and although we only came for a short while it was very enjoyable. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. The rooms were lovely and the view from the terrace spectacular We will definitley be back Thank you for an enjoyable stay

The hotel was very central and it was clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and courteous both in the restaurant and on reception. When I say the staff were courteous this was for all except the woman behind the bar. She was sullen and unwelcoming. Just as the bar was closing (of which she failed to advise the clientele giving them an opportunity to purchase a drink) I went to the bar to buy a brandy. She made it quite obvious that she did not want to serve me and did so in a very begrudging manner. I asked for a brandy for which she charged me 18.20€. I signed the room slip before I realised. I thought I must have made a mistake but no - she had charged me 18.20€ for one glass of brandy. I would recommend this hotel but with reservations regarding the breakfasts and the bar.

I do not think that a hotel like this should charge guests for using the internet.

Location was excellent. Staff was courteous and friendly and very willing to work w/us thru mild language barrier (we don't speak much Spanish). Superior room w/balconey was awesome. Regular room was nice. All clean, comfortable. Parking close, well priced, and convenient.

It's closeness to the city centre. The hotel does not have it's own parking as suggested. There is a 24 hour parking just beside but if it's full you'll need to find an alternative parking further away. The reception staff were not very friendly when informed that there was a couple on the next room who made a lot of noise during the early hours of the night. Although generally the room was clean, the wash basin had not been cleaned on the day we got in.

Location was great, very central - we could walk many attractions and the shuttle to the Alhambra was within a couple of blocks. Lots of restaurants in the area and shopping very close by. We were on the first floor and it was a bit noisy.
