Location friendly staff
Our room needs refurbishment. The interior of the hotel is getting somewhat old. lack of parking
Location, Free Wi-Fi, a big room
parking is far, breakfast is not included in the price
nice location, great for shopping, plaza nueva and walk to al hambra. lovely buffet breakfast. clean and comfortable rooms
nothing to dislike really.
Sub standard blind room low quality plumbing making it difficult to use the bathroom
- Availability of rooms for 4 people. - Location in central Granada. - Public Parking next door. - Size of the room. - Excellent breakfast, well worth the extra charge. - Profusion of outdoor restaurants in the close vicinity of the hotel. - El Corte Ingles department store nearby.
The location was great for sight seeing. The family room was spacious and beds very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
The location was perfect. The breakfast buffet was also really good.
We reserved one family room through atrapalo.com which was supposed to be large and comfortable according to the picture shown, what we got was two small rooms, very uncomfortable to move around.
Staff was really helpful, breakfast was excellent, room was neat and cozy. Worth the price
A little bit far from Alhambra
The air conditioning was barely working so we need to change the room. The rooms are smaller than we expected. The staff at the reception very poorly speaks in English.
Excellent staff- very helpful and friendly
The staff had difficulties to communicate in English.
excellent location and calm and professional staff
smell of sewers in our rooms.
Melia has a reputation as an up-scale set of properties, and the Melia Granada maintained that reputation in all respects.
We were able to check into our rooms before the stated check-in time. The location of the hotel was very good..
We had no soap/shampoo or shower gel in the room .
Great location, friendly helpful staff, thanks Carlos.
Luxury hotel for great money in genius offer. Quite close to center. Delicious breakfeast!
This was a very nice hotel, living up to its name world wide. The staff was very pleasant. The hotel was well located for public transportation, which we took all through Spain, and for small restaurants. We did not eat at the hotel. Granada is an easy city to walk around, and the Melia is well located for that also.
I have no complaints and would stay there again.
It's a small hotel outside , but big inside. Front desk takes a while , but over all they do a good job, and I have no complains at all.
1)That hotel doesn't have parking, and the one it has is not too far away. But you will have to do a small walk. 2) hotel is located just on the corner where "Red street" starts. There for you will see a lot of girls walking around and if you will be walking alone ( only for guys), girls will try to stop you and offer their service. 3) breakfast selection is not big, but it's enough. ( so.. So..). 4) if made will find something left by you after breakfast like what happened to me. She will take that away before 10am. And won't inform front desk. ( it's not a big deal but I left my charger with a cable pluged in, but after breakfast that I had until 10am, my charger was missing, but at least bags were there)
Central location Good choice buffet breakfasts Very clean , and with efficient staff
No direct parking and what was nearby was expensive. No pool A bit overpriced despite being a quality hotel.
The perfect location in the centre of Granada. Afraid of being disturbed by the noise at night we asked for a quiet room on an upper floor. We had room 306 on the 6th floor which was indeed quiet. Parking lot next door - ideal if a bit expensive at 24 Euros a day. Easy to drive there and once you are familiar with the one way system in the city - easy to drive away from. Perfect location for shopping, restaurants, the Alhambra etc.
The bathroom was perfectly adequate though very small. As it was an internal facing room - it wasn't possible to have fresh air in the room.
Nice room Nice bar Great location
Excellent location for all attractions. Great bars and restaurants directly opposite hotel - great if you have been walking all day.
