air conditioning breakfast poor. bad layout and inedible cereals. fruit mostly tinned with very small amounts of fresh. small selection of rolls and bread dry and hard before even toasted. No times shown outside restaurant for breakfast. lets down a very nice hotel |

This was my second stay at the Melia, Granada and was very satisfied. Our hair dryer was not working and when reported was rectified immediately, showing attention to detail. Will use this hotel again with our visitors. |

yes I asked for non smoker, I got a smoker , but when I asked to be changed the , rather arrogant reception man , said that there would be a wait, I would have to bring all our bags to the reception, and there may not be a suitable room. Some friends who stayed there before, some weeks earlier than us , also were offered a smoking room , despite requesting a non smopker. A coincidence or what ? |

Nothing worst 4 star i have ever stayed in Bathroom was dirty. Shower was broken. We askedf for a king size and got 2 singles. The walls were so thin it felt like we were sharing our room. The rooms were far to hot. |

proximity to locations and sites is good I would encourage the hotel to designate a smoking area or to invest in better ventilation in the lobby. It seems quite smoky and therefore kind of dirty. |
