Excellent hotel. Only thing I would warn is to hire a small car as access to ample car park is via a car lift which is quite narrow. Hotel is well situated as it is just outside centre which is noisy, but interesting, at night. One can walk to Plaza Mayor in 10 minutes or a cab is around 3 Euros. Bar is small and normally empty but there is bar/restaurant only yards from entrance. Breakfast is buffet and excellent. I would use this hotel again if I return to Salamanca.

Everything was perfect. The location is great. The staff was helpful, we got whatever we requested for, it had nice big rooms and everything was comfortable

The rooms were excellent - clean, comfortable, flat screen tv (with hdmi connection). The bathroom was large and spotless. The staff were very helpful and professional. For the price we paid I thought this hotel was outstanding value for money.

Charge internet/WiFi is a bit of an anachronism from the days when it was mainly used by business people. The number of hotels charging for internet is decreasing as people expect connectivity for free. I think this hotel needs to make their internet free.

We booked a superior twin room, but on checking in were upgraded to a junior suite, which was lovely. Room was spacious and very comfortable. Location is good - only 5-10 minutes walk to anything we wanted to see/do.

We had to pay for wireless, which I think should be free in a hotel of this standard.

The staff is pleasant but could not improve our situation (see below) even though the hotel seemed largely empty.

Several months ahead of time we requested a quiet room with 2 beds. Upon arrival we were given a room on the second floor, fronting the street and with trickling water pipes and other bathroom sounds being offensive.

La ubicación es fantástica, tan sólo a 5 minutos del centro de Salamanca. El personal del hotel es muy amable, nada más llegar, nos preguntaron si habíamos estado en Salamanca y al decir que no, nos sacaron un plano y nos explicaron qué era lo más importante que teníamos que visitar. Al llegar a la habitación nos esperaba una bandeja de dulces típicos salamantinos para darnos la bienvenida y todas las tardes durante nuestra estancia, nos dejaban una chocolatina en la almohada. La habitación era muy espaciosa, así como el cuarto de baño y estaban siempre impecables. Además tenías albornoces a tu disposición.

Todo maravilloso, no tengo ninguna pega.

Las camas excesivamente duras. Imposible conciliar el sueño.
