Hotel information

Recently, the tenth floor of the hotel was opened, with magnificent views of the city and the new spa equipped with therma bath, Vichy shower, Scottish shower, essential oil shower and massage room. The spa is complemented by a gym, this health area is an absolute luxury for hotel guests.
The spa will be closed in July and August, although any client who wishes to may ask for the massage service at the reception, and the gym does not close. Attended to by expert personnel, the health area offers clients a relaxing way to end the day.

Food & beverage

Gastronomic pleasures are assured at the restaurant, Bearn, serving national and international dishes. Lobby Bar is open 08:00-16:00 except on Sunday, when it opens at 09:00 and closes at 24:00, and the Piano Bar, 16:00-01:00, closes on Sundays.

Room information

It has 247 recently-reformed rooms and suites: singles, doubles, junior suites, suites and a Presidential Suite, with 5 rooms for the handicapped. All the rooms are equipped with a complete, wide-bathtub bathroom steam-proof mirror and towel heater, individual heating and air-conditioning, interactive satellite TV and Vía Digital, direct telephone with 2 lines, internet connection, hi-fi equipment, minibar and 24-hour room service. Moreover, the junior suites have a shower and the suites have hydromassage. There is a floor exclusively for non-smokers. Royal Service with special attention.

A very comfortable friendly hotel located near the shops and sights of Zaragoza.

I was given the wrong information about the opening hours of the gym (staff did not understand my question). Also they had no adaptors for English electric plugs when ours broke.

The locatin is excellent and the suite was beautiful and very large in size.

The internet was slow and at times did not even work.

Good hotel, centrally located

I did not like the hotel and room decor, it was outdated and very heavy
Hotel needs remodeling , it is not a five star hotel in my opinion

Very nice and luxurious hotel. Business orianted and positioned in the
center of town. Very close to the old city.

Gym on the top floor has excelent view but lacks some basic fitness
equipment.
