Score from 767 reviews Good
In Santa Cruz's financial and commercial center, Silken Atlántida offers panoramic sea views from its glass lifts. It has a rooftop terrace, and rooms with free Wi-Fi and hydro-massage showers.
Score from 715 reviews Very good
This chic urban hotel is next to García Sanabria Park, in the center of Tenerife’s Santa Cruz. It offers a gym, and rooftop pool with park and Atlantic Ocean views.
Score from 561 reviews Very good
In the heart of Tenerife's Santa Cruz, this elegant hotel features free Wi-Fi and has an outdoor pool and charming gardens.
Score from 407 reviews Very good
Spacious rooms. Very clean. Staff helpful and friendly .
Rooms overlooked residential apartments. So had to keep curtains closed. As no privacy. Expensive breakfast.
Everything the hotel offered.
No non-smoking zones. No baby food (only if specially requested). No outside activities for children, no pool for children (maybe the SPA offers something, but it was not obvious then, and probably costs extra).
Location Service Decoration Food
The shover is very slippery, they must provide an anti-slip mat Internet access very slow
Wish we had spent longer here.santa cruz is a nice small city esp at night fantastic spa .try taberna el cambullon.good food lots wines by glass and fair prices
The hotel was excellent, the room was nice, and the bed was very comfortable
The woman at the reception was unkind and impatience
amazing choices of food for breakfast
This hotel was completely remodeled and modernized a couple of years ago, and is very nice in that regard. The beds are comfortable, and the ac works pretty well, although I've not stayed there when its been really hot outside.
If you need internet access you might consider using your mobile hot spot or a usb dongle instead of the Kubi Wireless service they provide. Like most Kubi WiFis, the performance is horrible, and the connections are very unstable. I tried it for a while and to give on them in favor of my mobile connection, which was much better. While the beds are comfortable, I don't understand why they have to put a duvet on bed instead of just a sheet and light blanket. It's warm in Tenerife, and the AC doesn't work that good, so a duvet makes one quite hot if you want to cover up. Finally, although virtually ALL television stations in Spain now broadcast in dual language, this hotel has found it necessary to disable these functions on their remotes, so one is stuck with a few news channels in English, and then several entertainment channels with original english programming that is only available in dubbed Spanish. On top of that, they have disabled the ability to select the HDMI or VGA port, as well as the USB, so you can't even use the TV to watch content you might have on your computer. I think they need to check out some of their competitors, some of which who don't even claim to be 5-star Hotels.....
Clean, beautiful and luxurious hotel in nice neighbourhood
The bed was almost worth the stay by itself! The staff was great, especially the hostess at breakfast! She understands quality of service more than anyone I've ever met. My girl was happy and that, of course, makes a vacation better! And the salt water pool!!!!
The plumbing system is in need of an upgrade. They offered to change our room but the bed was sooooo good that we were willing to deal with the slight issue. Otherwise, I don't have a complaint.
Great hotel, really beautifully decorated and classy
We arrived at the Iberostar coming from a trek to El Teide peak. We did look like people coming for a 4 days trek into the mountain with huge backpacks and walking shoes and the staff really made us feel unwelcomed. We had to wait a good 10 min at the checking as the guy at the desk ignored us. After asking him if the desk was opened he finally accepted to check us in but we were never offered a glass of cava during the checking as is the custom in this hotel nor anybody offered to take our backpacks to the room. We asked for room with a balcony but the clerk pretended the hotel was completely full (which was clearly not the case) and could only offer us a room on the first floor, street side, right above the entrance. Bad service discriminating on look unacceptable for a 5 starts resort.
Overall great experience and good value. SPA was great. Free wifi but signal was very weak in the room.
the staff was very kind, the hotel was ok, the facilities was also good
dinner was very bad, breakfast was good but not very good. it's thefirst 5stars hotel that i ate so bad, only meat as main course without vegetables nor patatos or rise or pasta. it's scandoulous....
Helpful staff assisted us to fix a problem, as we were given a room with 2 single beds - and this was our honeymoon. The facilities were lovely, clean and well organised.
We had to spend our firs night of our honeymoon in 2 single beds. :( The Wifi in the room was very weak. We were on the side of the hotel over the bar, so there was music playing until midnight some nights below our window.
Location close to city centre, 10 min walk. Beautiful hotel, welcome drinks at reception, very good first impression. Nice room, but didn't feel like 5 stars..maybe because of street view and extra small balcony, also shower could be better, but overall was good. Nice surprise from hotel on my birthday! :)
We had basic double room, it was very noisy from street, first night was impossible to sleep. At reception I asked for quiet room, but they didn't change it. Small pool. You can't make coffee in room , there is just mini bar
The hotel style and decoration, the wonderful pool, large and salt water.
The air-conditioning in the bedrooms. We had two rooms and in the heat and humidity of early September, the rooms were unbearably hot, so much so that we left a day early.
Location location, the qualify of the facilities still excellent. Modern design, clean with staff willing to provide the best service.
Can't comment on the quality of the food as didn't have dinner at the hotel.
It was chilled out and the staff was very accomodating.
Couldnt get into the casino despite being told shorts would be ok by reception.
location, and everything, staff wonderfull, and hotel fantastic
no complaints here
+ great decor, hotel fully renovated recently + nice parking (even though a bit expensive at 6.5 euros per day) + pool area was excellent + great location, close to city center and a lot of shops and restaurants + free beach shuttle in July and August
- had a small issue with balcony door, notified reception but nothing happened until we left
Good treat and details. They are kind and servicial. Clean room with light. Clean swimming pool. The bed is incredible. Great place to stay!
It was my wife's birthday celebration. On arrival we received a complimentary glass of champagne and in the room there was a hand written birthday card. A great start to a lovely stay.
The restaurant in the hotel was great. Great stay in the hotel.
The view of standard room is poor.
Insufficient shade around pool area The food that we had was insipid
Bar pool Friendliness beautiful rooms
