Meninas Hotel is in an elegant 19th-century building in central Madrid, 300 ft from Madrid’s Opera Metro Station. It offers free entry to the Opera Hotel’s gym, 300 ft away. We returned to Meninas after a two day trip to Toledo. The staff held our luggage so as to make our Toledo trip easier. The staff, all staff went out of their way to help you. From printing airline tickets to advice on all aspects of Madrid' activities. Really well situated with taxis and the Metro at the end of their street. Our second room was larger and had a better floor plan. That was 407 as against 402 previously.

The hotel location was perfect. The rooms were clean - I loved the quaint wooden staircase. The staff was always friendly and helpful. I had a very enjoyable stay at the hotel and recommended this hotel to other friends. The hotel needed tea and coffee making facilities. A kettle, tea, coffee and milk would have been great!

Location for us was good, but many people in the city were not familiar with the hotel. The temperature of the rooms was not good, too hot. Some of the rooms were very small , too cramped for two adults!

Very good central location close to metro and Real Palace and Cathedral, free wifi and use of computer for clients for those without laptop, well furnished, knowledgeable helpful staff. Room small but comfortable with small balcony overlooking quiet (mainly) street. Toilet smell in lounge, lack of own catering (but easy access to Opera Cafe with discount)

Excellently located for visiting Madrid. Staff friendly and helpful. Spoke good English. Tv reception was poor. Some of the electrical fittings cover's were loose and needed maintenance..

The location of Hotel Meninas was perfect. Their cancellation policy read 24 hours notice, but when I tried to cancel for one night within a 24 hour time frame, they would not let me because the hotel was full.I Could not find that policy stated anywhere and this reflected negatively on my impression of the hotel.

Great location, nice place, helpful staff. Breakfast not included. There is a charge for use of sauna and other facilities, which was not mentioned in any description of the hotel.

La habitacíon es muy completa, cómoda y bien decorada. tiene minibar y amenities. Una gran opción. Repetiria seguramente. Nuestro cuarto, no tenía mucha luz natural y las luces no alcanzaban. El wifi solo es libre en el lobby del hotel, en los cuartos solo se conecta con cable (que te facilitan en la recepción) pero la senal es debil.

Месторасположение! очень удобно, до всего можно при желании дойти пешком, кто не любит ходить, то метро в 150 метрах от входа в отель. Гостиница милая, дает положительный настрой на отдых. Все что нужно для жизни есть. Единственное, что не понравилось, так это загрязненность в номере. Может нам не повезло, но у нас было немного пыльно и декоративные подушки были грязноваты.

El hotel no me ha gustado pata nada. Es un dos estrellas inferior intentando pasarse por 4 estrellas de diseño. Las habitaciones además de minúsculas, no cabían dos maletas de mano, estaban sucias, sin internet wi-fi, sin señal de móvil y sin ventana exterior! Y aun para empeorar el hotel olía fatal! Seguramente no lo recomiendo!

Lage dem Reiseziel (Opera) entsprechend ideal. Ausstattung neu, modern, geschmackvoll. Zimmer sehr klein (ca. 9 m²), Schlafdecke aus einem Stück = für älteres deutsches Paar gewöhnungsbedürftig. Zimmer höhlenartig, Fenster zum kleinen Hinterhof, Himmel unsichtbar. Sanitärzelle stark geruchsbelastet! Weiterempfehlung nur für anderes Zimmer!

Posizione strategica!! La fermata della metro Opera è dietro l'angolo, a piedi si può davvero andare alla scoperta della città. E' al centro di tutto!! L'hotel è bello e la stanza pulita, di design e con un bel bagno grande. L'unica cosa è che avendo prenotato una tripla ci aspettavamo 3 letti ed invece uno era un divano letto. A parte questo comunque davvero un'ottima scelta! Probabilmente lo sceglierò di nuovo. L'unico aspetto veramente negativo è stata l'ineducazione e l'inesperienza della ragazza addetta alla sala colazione. Non salutava, scompariva ogni istante ed ogni mattina abbiamo dovuto farle le stesse richieste (tipo il latte caldo) attendendo dietro la porta per minuti mentre lei chissà che faceva e dov'era!!! Niente grazie o prego. Totalmente inadeguata!!! Due piccoli suggerimenti....una colazione un pochino più varia per I soggiorni medio lunghi ed una rinfrescata alle pareti della sala colazione non sarebbero male!
