The apartment was safe, clean, comfortable, useful etc.. The kitchen has almost everything! (Even washing machine with detergent) According to the service, reasonably priced. While you are using the apartment they are not cleaning it by daily but also they are not charge it like the other hotels. There is not a reception but you can reach them by phone anytime. They were very helpful and kind. Thanks for backstage and our Mh apartment face Julien. We are very happy for our stay!

Size of appartnmet was comfortable for 4 adults. Location is good. I'm a regular customer/client of mh Apartments as I've always relied on promotions, special offers, and sevice provided by mh Apartments in different cities in Europe.... But to tell you the truth, mh Barcelona was a bit of a disappointment of all. I trust what I read in the promotion regarding equipments,therefore, I must mention here that there was no hair dryer nor a flat-screen TV as it was written on the net when I had booked. Also, the TV was not working and I called Customer Service just shortly after we checked in and the lady on the phone told me she would call back but that never happened. I hate to be negative yet I've to admit that my latest experience with MH Apartments Barcelona was a discontent. Regards Thank you Dhamra

המיקום 1. זה לא דמה לתמונות באינרנט. 2. לא היה טלפון בחדרים (אלמנטרי). 3. למעט בעת קבלת החדר לא היה עם מי לתקשר בכל 5 הימים. 4.לא היה שירות ניקיון בכל התקופה. 5.חסרו מצרכים אלמנטרים כמו נייר טואלט ושקיות אשפה.

la simplicité de réservation et d'accueil, la gentillesse des employés, la liberté accordée au client, la fonctionnalité des lieux, l'emplacement (central), la disponibilité et la rapidité du personnel, l'anonymat, la propreté, le prix assez raisonnable, la taille des appartements (pour une famille de 5 c'est difficile de se loger à l'hôtel (trop onéreux), la possibilité de faire des réservations à plusieurs familles et/ou amis dans le même lieu, la proximité d'un quartier "authentique", l'extrême proximité avec l'extraordinaire Palau Guëll et las Ramblas, la sécurisation des lieux (bonnes serrures). quelques remarques : pas de drap pour le canapé-lit, manque de papier toilette, l'odeur de cuisine du restaurant du rez-de-chaussée (ce qui peut être amélioré si la porte communicante entre le restaurant et l'escalier était fermée plus souvent), le manque de parking proche moins onéreux, PAS DE WIFI !

Sa situation géographique, et l'acceuil de juan à l'appartement Nous avions convenu par mail avant notre départ un rendez vous à 15h00 pile au niveau de l'appartement car nous n'avions pas de telephone portable pour vous prevenir. Aprés deux mails d'echange , nous nous étions mit d'accord. A notre grande surprise, personne à 15h00, ni 15h15, ni 15h30, aucun moyen pour vous joindre. Comment fait on ? Nous nous étions mis d'accord, nous avons été obligé de loué à un espagnol trés gentil son telephone portable pour vous joindre. L'information n'a pas été passé comme prévu, nous étions bien présent à 15h00, donc nous attendons de votre une dédommagement car cela a entrainé un sur cout de notre part, et une attente dans la rue de plus d'une heure pour une famille avec deux enfants.

リビングが広く、過ごし易い。 案内してくれた方が親切。 ロケーションが良く、お得感がある。 シャンプー、石鹸がない。 テレビが映らない。 アパートのため、フロントがなくチェックインを待たされた。

Ottima posizione, proprio di fronte a Palau Guell e a pochi metri dalla Rambla.Appartamento pulito e accogliente. Nella descrizione dell'appartamento sono previsti 2 bagni (la nostra scelta è ricaduta su questo appartamento proprio per questo motivo dato che eravamo in 5) mentre ne dispone solo di uno e anche molto piccolo. Inoltre sarebbe bello avere la Wifi nell'appartamento.

Fantastische ligging en zeer ruim! Het is geen gezellig appartement, er hangt geen/ amper kunst bijvoorbeeld. Ook verwacht ik altijd de basics wel aanwezig; peper, zout, afwasborstel, olie, kost maar paar euro! Ik heb het maar gewoon achtergelaten voor de volgende, maar ik hoop dat ze het niet weghalen!

The location The service. We were asked to be on the address on time (17:00). We took a cab, were there exactly at 17:02 and had to wait 50 mins for someone to come and give us the keys for the apartment. And when the guy arrived he tried to convince us that he has been waiting for us 20min and that we were not there instead of apologizing!
