    Not much.

Have to pay 4 euros per day to use the safe in the room. That should be free. Internet is another 4 euros per day and it is the slowest internet I have ever used. For the cost it should be quick. If you want a towel for the pool they charge you 2 euros per day per towel. For a family of 4 that's 8 euros per day just for towels. In addition people leave there towels on the lounge chairs all weeks so there is no free chairs all week. When asked the staff always blamed the managers saying we cannot do anything the higher up people request this. Room was microscopic with no where to put the luggage. Paper thin walls where you can hear everything. The hotel has a mc that plays music and talks until midnight every night. Having thin walls and cheap windows means it's hard to sleep at this hotel. Maids come in the room to clean even if you have the do not enter sign on. Staff is not helpful. If you try to book an activity they just say use the lay phone we will open the line for you. Could not figure out how to call out and they did not help when asked. Only two elevators and one was broken more than half the trip. Overall the hotel is dated and needs a major update on how to treat the customers and not charge them for every little thing.

We went as a family group with young children and older parents and it was a good all round sunny holiday for all. Es Cana is nice, with a number of cafe's, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops but not as sophisticated as resorts we have been to in Majorca like Cala dor. In places was quite 'brits abroad'. Breakfast was extensive and delicious. Pool area and location right by beach was great as were cafe's by the beach. Kids vibe and facilities good. Enjoyed hippy market, trip to Santa Eulalia and Ibiza town whilst on holiday which was good. Rooms well appointed and comfy. Entertainment ok. All

Not as sophisticated as other resorts have visited. Could be more restaurants and shops etc.

Lovely hotel really friendly helpfully staff room very clean and comfortable. Always something you could find to eat stayed bed and breakfast all the food was fresh tables clean. Only down side if you like to be at the pool very limited number of sun shades and the towels on the beds from 6 am!! Right on a lovely beach lots of beds and shades but 5 euros each adds a lot to your holiday.

The lack of sunshades at the pool and that awful habit of towels on beds from 6 am!!! £15 euro a day for two beds and a shade on the beach adds a lot to your holiday

convienient being on beach!pirate ship splash pool good!entertainment team work hard and kids club my kids loved aged 2 4 and 6yrs!room 589 very quiet and lovely wide sea views! lifts are efficient

lifts will attack u as r awful piking up on sensor!!!people reserving sun beds not just for themselves but young children who donot use them!!! at 6am or night before!(que forms at 6am of atleast 10 people waiting to put towels out!!!) not enough ground space for all families and rooms there.veryyyyy slippery floors so many accidents i witnessed! milk is mainly off from the water fountain type thingy in restuarant! lack of high chairs in restaurant....dont get allocated a table when u come in so allow time for hunting one down! is okay...not fab for what u pay!also if u have young children mega in convienient where the toilets r positioned...down stairs otherside of hotel site to where the splash pool is...if u have a young child asleep/awake in buggy not helpful! also the water can smell and have sewer problems at hotel and apartments i have heard! be honest with all hotels something will disapoint if u have been somewhere better to compare ive noticed its shortfalls due to the hotel ive been in i say not worth the price!

The reception staff very good and the breakfast excellent

The size of the room we only stayed one night but if I had booked for a week it would have been too small
