Ther rooms have a good size. Parking places enough. Internet was not reachable everywhere such as the 6th floor.

Location Compared to our first visit last October, the quality of sercice has detoriated considerably. We like cleanliness and it was lacking everywhere, i.e. common toilets (no hand drying facilities for 10 days) and around the poolside (rubbish was not cleared away regularly) as well as our room, where we had to request that the floor had to be washed. The lift sercice was also wholly inadequate for a hotel of this size. Finally, the one attraction we liked most in October, a train service to the local beach (free of charge), now costs £4 pppd. Although the hotel has laid on a mini coach at no cost, that service again is wholly inadequate for the number of people trying to use it and the waiting time is far too long. Food was good in the evening but not for breakfast. As we stayed for 2 weeks (compared to one week last October), the result was disappointing.

We hadden 2 driepersoonskamers geboekt (één bezet door 2 volwassenen en 1 baby en één bezet door 1 volwassenen en 2 kinderen van 10 en 14 jaar oud) en moesten achteraf nog eur 118,- bijbetalen voor de kamer met 2 kinderen (extra bed voor een kind van 6 -12 jaar oud). Vraag me dan af waarom we driepersoonskamers boeken... Heel apart.

A l'écart des hordes de touristes, les 2 piscines, le calme environnant, le all in, le choix pour manger et boire, la plage a proximité et la navette pour l'autre, plus grande (et belle), bref, très bon rapport qualité prix pour moi. Les clients sales et inciviques qui ne respectent rien, ni les personnes ni les biens sous prétexte qu'ils ont payés. Les petits dejeuner un peu trop british !

La formule "tout compris", le personnel serviable, les nombreuses activités sportives en groupe, l'équipe d'animateurs et animatrices, vraiment sympas. La proximité de petites criques, dont certaines ne sont accessibles qu'à pied. L'hôtel est assez bruyant, du moins à la période où nous y avons séjourné (mi-juillet), et le calme ne s'y installe pas avant minuit. En revanche, c'est tranquille jusqu'à 9 heures le matin. Il faut donc adapter son rythme de vie. La nourriture des buffets, variée et abondante, est assez grasse. Mais il y a aussi des salades et des fruits pour compenser.

Питание для 3х звезд очень достойнее, и дети и взрослые всегда были сыты. Всегда в наличии фрукты. Номер убирается ежедневно. Если хотите лечь спать пораньше, то отказывайтесь от номера с видом на бар, шумно до часу ночи, так же рано утром будет мешать уборка бассейна. Плохая шумоизоляция со стороны коридора.

Útil para disfrutar de piscina y playa, pues tiene cerca una bonita cala y un autobús del hotel te acerca a otra próxima. La comida es toda congelada y precocinada y el menú esta orientado a extranjeros (olvídate de la dieta mediterránea). El ocio infantil y adulto que ofrece también es para extranjeros. Las calas cercanas son bonitas pero están saturadas.

la gentillesse de tout le personnel, la chambre vue sur la mer, la literie, les piscines, wifi, les bus pour se déplacer dans diverses endroits (très pratique) pas de climatisation (ventilateur au plafond), la nourriture (pas de plats espagnols), la fermeture des portes de chambres (il faut les claquer pour qu'elles se ferment), 2 ascenseurs (peu pour le grand nombre de clients).

El hotel esta reformado , merece la pena situacion precio. La comida esta bien, por el precio que tiene no se puede esperar otra cosa. Los ascensores muy lentos, mejor coger una planta no muy alta y bajar por las escaleras.

Все отлино дай бог доживем до следующего года-поедем обязательно!!! Прибавил 6кг веса. Будут ли скидки для постоянных клиентов? Очень много друзей хотят поехать. 1. В номере не было пульта от телевизора, но это мелочь. 2. Ездили на целый день в Пальму - нас не предупредили что коробку под еду нужно заказывать с вечера. Пришлось питаться в Пальме. Ребята не парьтесь - все ОК!!!!!!!!

Sono abituati a una clientela anglo-tedesca ma ci hanno trattato con gentilezza e cortesia. Soggiorno gradevolissimo piscina spaziosa comera onesta cibo a bizzeffe. Consiglio meglio avere la macchina per spostarsi e visitare la costa che nella zona è stupenda ma c'e' da fare qlc km. Qualche ape di troppo anche se è caratteristica dell'isola zona isolata ma non lo ritengo un gran difetto anzi...

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Unsere Zimmer wurden jeden Tag sehr gründlich gereinigt. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war hervorragend. Die Lage ist etwas abseits von den wirklich schönen Stränden auf Mallorca. Der Strand in Calas de Mallorca ist eher bescheiden.

Non e una struttura nuova ma e tenuta bene le camere sono pulite il personale seppure carente e molto gentile, il menu non da molta scelta ma qualcosa che possa andare bene a tutti lo trovi sempre e sinceramente per quello che paghi va più che bene, la posizione e abbastanza strategica anche se un po isolato, prenotando la sera prima ti procurano il cestino per il pranzo che tu puoi riempire a colazione con quello che vuoi l' unica pecca che su quattro volte tre avevano perso la nostra prenotazione, ma non hanno avuto problema a darcelo lo stesso . Chiaramente con i prezzi low cost il turismo e di massa con annessi e connessi

Hôtel confortable, chambre propre, bien placé en entrée de ville avec un accès facile. À proximité d'une belle crique et des commerces. Buffet correct. Formule tout inclus appreciable. Animations pour adultes et enfants. Nous avons adoré notre séjour familial. Insonorisation moyenne. Clientèle irrespectueuse du personnel et des installations. Des verres à l'abandon dans tous les coin de l'hotel. Arrivé à 23h00 le premier jour, manquait le lit bébé dans notre chambre. Problème réglé dès le lendemain. Très peu d'indications en français.
