This small and charming hotel is in the heart of the Gredos Mountains. El Milano Real includes a library with over 2000 books, a private garden and free Wi-Fi. As a whole experience, staying at El Milano Real was wonderful. The location is fantastic with La Sierra de Gredos at your feet, everybody is not only friendly but also helpful, attentive and really pleasant. They make you feel very welcome. We will be back! If they are reading this message, I would like to take this opportunity to thank Paco, Teresa, Dani, Ester and the rest of the team for making us feel at home, for showing us a little piece of the skies and for giving us the opportunity to find a corner of Spain where we will always want to return. La atención del personal, la ubicación del hotel esta muy bien, es muy tranquila y en contacto con la naturaleza.El restaurante del hotel es muy bueno. Relación precio con servicios.115€ Sin comida 1 noche, me esperaba mucho más, algo con mucho encanto, segun se veian las fotos...Deberian insonorizar las habitaciones mejor, se escuchaba todo... Y renovar algún mobiliario, mi cabezal estaba desconchado y se le salia la espuma. El sitio en si es un encanto pero el confort de la habitación y el precio lo veo fuera de lugar, creo que pagas la hubicación del hotel mas que otra cosa.

La estructura de la csa,el jardín,la biblioteca,los detalles de la habitación y el personal amable y siempre con una sonrisa. Las paredes de la habitación carecían de aislante y se oñian todo tipo de ruidos

Sinceramente ? NADA. Confundidisimo con la publicidad de la web y ademas me dieron una habitacion con vista a los contenedores de basura en vez de a la montaña como hera la idea.. Calidad precio penoso, 102,6€ por una habitacion, una noche y la habitacion mas simple no podia ser, falta de decoracion, paredes blancas una mesa cutrisima de hierro pintada de blanco y la cama forman la maravillosa habitacion de 102,6€... PENOSO!! He pagado menos dinero por habitaciones increibles en relacion calidad precio. Si el engaño de habitacion que me dieron por el precio que tienen..

Se trata de un hotel con mucho encanto y muy acogedor perfecto para descansar unos dias y poder realizar actividades en la naturaleza. El restaurante es muy bueno, lo que completa la oferta junto con el spa situado a escasos metros. El personal es muy atento y te hace sentirte muy bien recibido.

La habitacion nos ha parecido muy acogedora asi como las zonas comunes del hotel, (cafeteria con la chimenea, la biblioteca, el jardin con su fuente, etc... ), el enclave en el que esta situado el hotel regala unas vistas que hace que mererezca la pena madrugar para ver como amanece en la sierra de gredos desde el balcon.

La ubicación me parece estupenda. El ambiente conseguido en todo el hotel es muy acogedor e invita a utilizar todos los servicios que ofrecen, biblioteca, videos, observación de las estrellas... El confort en las habitaciones y su diseño también es destacable. El restaurante estupendo. Lástima que nuestra estancia haya sido breve. La unica pega que le pondria es el precio, me parece un poquito caro. No obstante lo recomiendo.

En su conjunto, es un hotel muy bonito. Las habitaciones acogedoras y muy bien decoradas, la biblioteca, el jardín... Por la noche es muy silencioso. El personal te ofrece todo tipo de información Quizá el desayuno... Si no lo llevas incluido, el precio es excesivo y encarece mucho la habitación. Está bueno pero, quitando la degustación de zumos, el resto muy común en todos los hoteles

En general todo, es lo que buscaba y sobre todo agradecimiento al trato familiar de todos los empleados que conocí del 12 al 15 de agosto. Me he sentido relajada, he tenido unas vistas estupendas y he disfrutado de la naturaleza, como yo quería. También agradecer al personal del Spá que tienen enfrente, su amabilidad, atención y demás. Si estás agobiado y necesitas relajación, no te lo pienses mas....

Bien ubicado, confortable, servicios de calidad, tiene una biblioteca en la buardilla, muy acogedora y un jardín muy bonito. Es suelo de la habitación es de madera y "cruje" una barbaridad. Hay que revisar la factura ya que en dos ocasiones me intentaron facturar la cama supletoria para un niño, que según la reserva era gratuita.

En general, nos ha gustado la tranquilidad y la amabilidad de todos las personas que están a su cargo. Nos gustado también la carta del restaurante, aun que quizá sea un poco cara No hay nada que nos haya hecho sentir incómodos
