Wonderful staff, Alberto was extremely helpful and entirely professional. The location was perfect for me. The flat was very comfortable.
everything was just perfect. i will stay there again when i visit Madrid
From Portugal to Madrid and couldn t choose any better apartment. Room was fantastic, all stuff working, wifi with a very nice signal and the person who attended me is fantastic and very funny. When going again to Madrid, I ll go there again! Amazing!!
The location, wifi, the bed was very comfortable. The staff was really nice and took the time to recommend places. He was also very kind to keep our bags for a few hours.
I probably got the oldest apartment since everything looked old. However the price and the location compensated.
The manager tried very hard to speak English and was able to communicate effectively even with broken English. He gave us advice on where to go etc and seemed nice.
we struggled to find the place as when we got to the building initially noone answered the bell on the third floor an when we rung another floor the man suggested we were in the wrong place (likely a language barrier problem).
This apartment was nothing like description & photos. 1 room x 2 double beds, 1 arm chair (this was supposed to be apartment for4), small vestibule with small kitchen table, 4 fold up chairs, no lounge!!, tiny kitchenette extremely badly kitted out - only 2 mugs, basic untensils, 2 ring gas stove. Bathroom tiny, shower dangerous- no handrails, apartment booby trapped with door handles coming off, shower & toilet fittings broken, no top sheet on beds. Miniscule tv. No emergency exit - 3rd floor. Decor extremely tacky. Moved to a hotel after 1 sleepless night (street very noisy). Only suitable for backpackers. The owners also took my credit card payment twice and I waited 2 months for it to be returned). I don't expect Booking.com to list this place any more!! Entirely dissatisfied!!
The location was prime but there was no label on the door so I was lost for a day.
I couldn't find the apartments on the third floor. It was not labelled so I ended up spending money on another place as an emergency for a day.
Great location, secure, wifi
Beds are small great for one person wouldn't want to have to share.
Location, proximity to metro (gran via), friendly & helpful owners, well-stocked kitchen.
The loft was a bit precarious to access. The ladder was a little shaky and difficult to climb, especially in the dark.
The location was excellent. Very near Gran Via. The place was good value for the money. It had an elevator. The washing machine came in real handy as it was quite warm when I visited and it was great when you got back in the evening to wash all your close which were dry the following morning.
It was great value for the money paid. No real dislikes.
Small apartment could do with updating, cleaning
Fantastic location. Easy walking distance to major points of interest. Owner was friendly and provided me with some tips on how to get to major points of interest. Wifi. Free toiletries.
Check-in time is rather late (3:00pm), however I was allowed to leave my luggage at 12:00pm which helped. Would have liked an e-mail from the owner of the rental with instructions on key pick up, drop off, but it worked out okay in the end.
It was in the middle of the street that was alive and lit during the night. Lots of shops around, very close to Metro. Carrefour express is behind the block in front of you (very close), there is a place that you can make long distance calls very cheap. Kitchen was well equiped.
Bed was relatively small, It lacks a reception, you can't leave your luggage if you arrive early or leave later, you just have to carry your luggage around the city. We asked if they could keep our luggage and the answer was no. Our flight out was not untill 11:30 Pm so the only option was to haul our luggage to the Atocha train station, Leave them in the concierge (we paid 5.5 euros/day for a Medium-sized locker). We had to pay 2 Metro Tickets each person to and from the train station and the lockers were very far from the Metros. It would have been very nice if they could just keep our luggage in the apartment.
We have got lost and one of thé staff was looking for us without even calling and hé found us . Thé location is perfect
location was awesome, super near to Gran Via and super near to the metro station
staff barely spoke any english so it was hard to communicate. the toilet flush didnt work very well so it was horrible especially when youre staying with a group of people. washing machine was a really old model so it barely worked. also due to the location, it gets really noisy at night from people partying so the place its not really suitable for families
The bed was way to small for two people
The location was fantastic and the shower was good.
The ladder for the platform bed was not fixed and felt very unsafe. The apartment could have been cleaner - it was quite dusty in places.
We arrive to madrid early in the morning and they let us entered the room fast. you have a very complete kitchen so you can save some money by cooking yourself. The bathroom was complete to. The street is one block from La Gran Via which is the main street of madrid.
the street at night is a little bit noisy but you get used to it.
The location is perfect, and the apartment has everything you need for a stay as a tourist. The kitchen is well equipped. The owner is really kind and helpful!!!
There was absolutely no problem at all.
The room had a homely feel with clean equipment and and plenty of space for clothes!
The front door was hard to access
Perfect location, modern decor in an old tipical Madrilian building off a traffic free street
This was cheap but adequate accomodation and lived up to its good reviews. Very close to Gran Via and Callao.
No problems my room
It was everything I expected, good price, very clean, and a very nice fully recommended treatment. Great place! :) we'll back soon.
