Location (5 minutes from La Alhambra) View on the city rocks (from your private terrace by the way) ! Comfortable rooms Big terrace where you can hang out at night with a glass of drink, contemplating the city Close to the old city (5-7 mins walking)
The moment you open your eyes in the morning, you see Granada thought the big window, lying right under you, stretching to the horizon - absolutely spectacular. And before you shut your eyes at night, you see the glittering lights of the city. Loved it!
Room is small, no Wifi in the room, weak pressure in the shower.
The view, the location, nice room, the bar
wifi could be improved
The view was spectacular
The size of the room. The bathroom was tiny, submarines have bigger showers. Really difficult to understand how this was a superior room other than the balcony and incredible view to me the hotel offered little more.
The hotel was spotless, lovely detail with the little flower on the bed; balcony with a view that went on forever; staff couldn't have been more helpful or polite, organised taxi (very helpful driver who gave us a few places to see) and his number to collect us later.
Found breakfast a little disappointing. Coffee and tea were not hot and choice of baguettes limited. Apart from that would definitely book again.
Something unbelievable happened to us. Our personal belongings were moved to another room by the staff, without our prior consent or acknowledgement!!! Unacceptable!!! For that I will never recommend this hotel to no one!
Fantastic people who took care of me Amazing view Delicious breakfast
Warm cava Wine too temperated
The views from the room and sun lounge were great. It was very well located for walking to the Alhambra and main shopping area..Not noisy.
Nothing that we disliked.
Private balcony and stunning view were fantastic to come home to after each day of sightseeing. Hotel quiet. Room pleasntly cool after heat of the day. Bus 34 to and from city just outside door. Allow 20 to 30 minutes to walk to the Alhambra if you want to stop to take in the surroundings and get your breath back. Quite a long climb. Would definitely stay there again if able to get back to Granada.
Would have liked tea and coffee making facilities.
Nice staff Extremely clean Our "triple room" actually had 2 twin beds & a double and was really two rooms with a connecting corner, a small cooker, a fridge and a decent shower room. There was a lovely small terrace with 2 chairs & a small table & magnificent views over the city. For €84 it was exceptional value.
At €11 my bottle of Alhambra beer at the hotel was poor value...... but excellent beer.
The loction was fantastic, views spectatular and the staff very friendly, helpful and professional. The accommodations was very comfortable.
We had a so called Junior Suite, that had a huge balcony overlooking the town. The view was magnificient. Receptionist was trying hard to solve the issues with cleanliness. He offered another room, which we didn't take because it had just a tiny balcony with no such view.
In the room we found dirty carpets with dust, hair and breadcrumbs; big pathes of dust+hair near the walls; trash in the bathroom (the bin wasn't emptied); half of the sofabed had used bedlinen on it with hair and breadcrumbs. We had to make the sofabed ourselves despite of reserving for 2+2 people - luckily we found some clean bedlinen in the drawers.
The views from both our room and the terrace. We would certainly stay there again.
A long slog up the hill but it was worth it! A bus service runs every hour and taxis not expensive so it wasn't a problem!
The beautiful room, bathroom, the big balcony with marvelous view.
Everything was excellent.
Friendly staff, beautifull view, pleasant rooms
Splendid view of granada city
This is a boutique place, everything is well coordinated and with perfect taste. It is small, the rooms you can hardly move, but the bed is very comfortable. The bathroom perfect. There is no food available, but the staff can get the food from their nearby restaurants. Pretty close to the alhambra, it is in a very nice areas far from the crazy city, yet you can walk down to the city. We love the view. It was worth every penny
The rooms a little bit small. Hard to find, but is is worth the trouble. The breakfast is not very good, but it is average.
clean, gorgeous view (not to Alhambra but to city), quite, friendly staff - would say perfect! Even the way up the hill was ok and also, there are small busses running close to the hotel each 10 min.
This is a fairly new, excellent hotel. The location is amazing... with a superb view over the city of Granada, and just a 10-15 minute walk to either the Alhambra or the central part of the city. Staff were very helpful in arranging for getting to special events or in storing our luggage.
Lovely view from window (though balcony style windows did not actually have a balcony as such).
Rather cramped room even though it was a "Superior" one. Breakfasts only rate as OK. Quite some way out of the centre with uphill walks back.
panoramic view of Granada below. Ms Lucila at the reception was very polite, friendly and helpful while others were business like.
To be told off by the staff like "don't open the terrace windows by yourself, ask me to do it" and "you are not allowed to go behind the counter" I would suggest that they put notices so their clients know they are not suppose to open the terrace windows by themselves or go behind the counter at the terrace.
Great location, 20 min walk into town down hill, but close to some great tapas restaurants. Views from our friends room were magnificent. Great staff, gave out lots of local information. We had a car and found a space outside the front of the hotel.
Our room was a bit small. We had paid for the breakfast but only includes toast, juice and coffee. But for an extra 3 euros we were able to have the full continental.we worth doing.
