Location was good, a walking distance from the centre, the reception staff were nice and helpful. The facilities and furniture were old and outdated. The room was not comfortable, it was small and gloomy. The management charges before the stay. I guess so that the guests would not leave after having seen the room. No minibar. The category should have been no more than two stars at the maximum.

La ubicación es buena, a 10 o 15 minutos caminando a la muralla. Personal agradable. En un principio nos dieron una habitación que olía demasiado a tabaco, aunque nos la cambiaron sin ningún problema.

la localización muy cerca del centro urbano los desayunos son muy escasos es un desayuno continental muy escaso, no había practicamente mas que cafe, unas madalenas y pan para tostar y echarte aceite o ponerte un poco de mantequilla, no había nada de frío ni de caliente

la cercanía al centro de ávila la limpieza, fuí con las zapatillas limpias y salí con las suelas súcias, había pelusa debajo de las camas, la tercera cama de una habitación triple era una supletoria, no había escobillero en el baño.etc

Muy buena relación calida-precio. La habitación se encontraba muy limpia, así como el baño (totalmente reformado). Se encuentra muy cerca del centro (5-10 min. andando). El desayuno, aunque poco variado, es aceptable. No tenemos nada malo que decir

La situación es muy buena. En unos 10 minutos llegas a las murallas. Aún estando en una calle Bastante transitada por vehículos, el aislamiento acústico de la habitación es muy alto. El bufet libre es escaso para los 6 €
