El trato personal del dueño José, excelente con buenos consesjos sobre lugares a visitar y restaurantes. La cocina excelente calidad pero la carta poco variada. . El único pero fué, la habitación con olor a húmedad un poco desagradable. Estuvimos en la planta baja que da al cesped.

Lo mejor sin duda el paisaje impresionante en el que se encuentra, las vistas al Sella, el aspecto exterior del hotel es encantador, idílico. El personal del hotel está en constante contacto con las necesidades del cliente, y dan asesoramiento muy completo para ayudar a planificar excursiones y aclarar cualquier duda, dedicación absoluta. El precio es algo caro, hay alguna habitación especialmente pequeña y el coste es el mismo que las otras. La carretera para llegar al hotel es bastante retorcida, aunque forma parte del encanto del lugar.

La amabilidad y dedicación del personal del hotel. Te atienden muy bien y sientes que se preocupan por ti. Desde el propietario a la camarera, todos, están pendientes de que disfrutes tu estancia. Es un poco díficil encontrarlo conduciendo.. Pero luego merece la pena por la ubicación.

Me ha encantado la tranquilidad que se respira desde que llegas hasta que te marchas, la vistas desde la habitación son increibles, el servicio excelente. Hay que destacar a Jose, su director, que siempre está disponible para ayudarte a trazar rutas de senderismo, para buscar restaurantes y conocer bien la zona. La habitación es muy confortable y cuando llegas notas el olor a limpio. Este hotel es ideal para relajarse y disfrutar del maravilloso paisaje asturiano. Lo recomiendo sin dudas. No hay nada negativo, todo es excelente.

Su ubicación en el monte con unas vistas excelentes. La amabilidad de su propietario dispuesto constantemente a facilitar información para que los huéspedes disfruten al máximo de las excelencias del entorno. La relación calidad/precio es totalmente desproporcionada en sentido negativo. Las instalaciones del hotel (habitación, baño, etc.) no se corresponden en absoluto con el precio que pagamos. Puede que ello solo ocurra durante los meses (Agosto) en los que existe un exceso de demanda en la zona.
