LOVE the restaurant attached to the hotel. The staff were accommodating and the rooms just what you need for a short stay. In summer this place would pop off situated right on the beach. very close to the metro.

Music was a little loud when trying to eat dinner during the week.

The hotel was right on the beach which is where we wanted to be. Paseo Neptuno is the spot for pallea and beach bars in town, so while outside the city there are still great places to eat and a good scene. We went for a run on the boardwalk every morning. It is still easy access to the rest of the city. We walked to the city of arts in about 20-30 minutes, and rented the hotel bikes to ride to old town another day. The metro stops are nearby as well. The beach cafe downstairs is also a great place to relax with good food, drinks and service.

It can be loud on weekends, as you are right on the boardwalk. Also the rooms are very basic - not much design or luxery. The showers also fluxiate in temperature. We ended up in two rooms b/c we stayed an extra night and this was an issue in both rooms. Great for the price though, and we thought it was clean and did the job as a place to rest our heads at night after seeing the great sights of Valencia.

Very helpful lady on reception who spoke English and who helped us out when the battery of our hire car was flat! Nice hotel on the beach, reasonably priced and close to lots of bars/restaurants. Also close to tram and bus stops for centre of Valencia.

Breakfast was a bit limited, but we discovered on our second morning that if you ask for fruit, you get fruit!

Even though there was a storm gusting outside we still had a good time.

wonderful location.. bright and airy right in front of the beach with all cafes and restaurants along our road. Loved the breakfast and MirMars own cafe. Very nice staff, clean room with spacious bathrooom and lovely seafront terrace.

Perfect location (city center is not far and the beach is just near to the hotel also located at a walking distance to the night life area) and nice friendly staff even though they don't speak English. Really good Friench style breakfasts with fresh orange joice in a very cozy bar on the ground floor. Would stay there again if I am ever back to Valencia

Just one person in the hotel who speaks English

In Valencia, there is no ideal hotel location to do it all (to visit both the city and the beach): you'll always need public transport (or to rent a bike) to move from one side to the other. This hotel is situated perfectly at the beach boulevard, near the beach bars and clubs, and next to public transport (bus and tram/metro). There is plenty of free parking space available around the hotel. It might take you 2 drives around the block to find an empty space, but you'll always find one, even at busy times (or otherwise park a bit further). The hotel staff was very kind, helpful, and as it is a fairly small hotel, they could take plenty of time to answer our questions.

During summer season, the bars on the beach boulevard only close (or reduce the sound of the music played on the terrace) around 2h30 at night. As the ground floor of ANY hotel on the beach boulevard acts as bar, it means that in whichever hotel you book on the boulevard, you'll be awake untill at least 2h30. This wasn't really an issue to us, as we only ate around 22h (like the locals), and took some time to digest before going to sleep... However, going to sleep that late also meant getting up too late for breakfast... so we lost quite some of our value for money by missing out on breakfast daily...

This is a very nice small hotel standing virtually on the sand of Las Arenas beach in Valencia. The view we had from our room was outstanding. Breakfast was honest with good variety of bread and fresh fruits. The connection to the city center is good, but don't expect a speedy metro system like in Madrid, for example. There is a bus serving the Oceanographic that stops very close to the hotel, which proved to be very conveninent for us. There are also direct buses conecting the beach to the city centre. During our stay, the restaurant below the hotel was being remodeled, but there was no noticeable noise disturbing us. Also, upon arrival, the first room the hotel gave us was suffering from mold probably due to a leak on the bathtube. Fortunately there was another room available so the staff was kind enough to move us there. I would strongly recommend the hotel to fix that problem so that future guests are not unpleasantly surprised. Alhtough the room was a bit on the pricy side, I would definitely recommend this hotel to people wanting to enjoy the sunny beaches of Valencia.

Very nice hotel directly on the beach. The room was clean, the location convenient, and the price not too steep. Very good breakfast (basic but everything was fresh and tasty).

A great facility, workers are very helpful and smiley. Also the rooms are fine.

Friendly staff. Free Wifi in the room. Good value for money.

Access to the hotel was very easy - less than five minutes walk from the tram stop (the tram goes directly from inside the airport).It was nearly midnight when we got there but this presented no problem to the staff. The hotel is quite small, but clean and welcoming and is right on the promenade, so no traffic to negotiate to get to the beach. Our room looked directly out over the promenade and beach which was lovely particularly in the mornings. The maid service was excellent. Very good coffee and juice at breakfast.

Everything was good, a room with lots of light, nice breakfast, wifi at the lobby where I could even do some work. Great location, next to the beach and port and close to the metro station. Next to many good restaurants for the famous paella!!

Upon arrival the receptionist explained that there was a free parking down the road... There was, but he didn't warn which one... I ended up coughing 50€ after two days when I realised I'd parked in the wrong place! Partially my fault too though

Helpful, English-speaking staff on reception; location on the beach; easy links to city centre; very good breakfast included.

It was an advantage to be able to use free wi-fi in the lobby but I would have preferred this facility to be extended to my room.

nada sabiamos más o menos el tipo de hotel que era, intermedio, sin lujos pero ajustado al precio.

Prettige omgeving, prima prijs kwaliteits verhouding. Wel een duurdere kamer genomen bij aankomst omdat we met een klein kindje reisden en de goedkopere kamer hier niet geschikt voor was.

De kleinere/goedkopere kamers. Met een baby op de kamer niet mogelijk.
