Es war sauber und die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich. Es ist sehr weit vom Zentrum entfernt. Kinder dürfen den Pool (innen) nur bis 17.00 benutzen. |

Es handelt sich um ein sehr schönes Hotel.. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Personal ist nicht sehr motiviert... Egal was man möchte, man hat den Eindruck, bitte sprich mich nicht an und verlange etwas von mir... was sehr schade ist, da es wirklich ein sehr ansprechendes Hotel ist. |

The hotel is beautifull, our room was comfortable, the pool area was beautifull and the staff exceptional. The breakfast buffet was way too expenssive. |

Everything to a very high standard. Staff were very friendly with the children and they ate free,however facilitties don't cater for them as such no facility to sterilise babies bottles. No baby changing facility in the Spa, restuarants or any of the communal tolilets we had to lug everything back up to the room each time the baby needed changing |

Very nice hotel with good facilities and lovely pool. Great rooms Drinks at the bar can be expensive and has many others have said the cost of internet connection and the quality is poor. |

Relaxing atmosphere. Outdoor facilities. Stranded on ground floor 10pm, power cut disabled lift. We had to climb 7 flights of stairs in the dark. We were given no explanation or apology. |

The main disappointment was that there were only a few sunbeds for sunbathing during the day. There definately needs to be more provided by the hotel. |
