Mirasierra Suites Hotel & Spa  

We stayed for 5 nights, this was supposed to be 5 star, no way ! food was very poor and breakfast was so poor we had to skip it for the remaining 4 nights even though it was paid upfront with our booking ! this should be rated as 3 star max

The hotel is fine for a short break for business or leisure. We booked a suite which was nice but we have stayed in far superior 5 star properties in Europe. I would rate this hotel more in the 4 star category.

Staff were rude and unwilling to assist with simple things e.g. iron in room, tea or coffee making facilities in the room - non existence for a 5 star property. We were asked to pay an additional fee for use of the hotels swimming pool area which was not very clear from the original booking which clearly stated that this was included in the original price. Eventually after meeting with the Manager we were allowed to use the facilities.

Great suites and cleaness

The spacious rooms but annoying to pay for internet separately in room when free in public areas!

The view was nice. The beds were comfortable. Driver to airport was very nice.

We were talked into staying in a more expensive room with more amenities, but when we got to the room and tried to reserve a spa, it was booked up. Facial...booked up. Eye lash dye and perm...booked up. Massage....booked up. Dinner.....booked up. We ate two tiny burgers and a mini salad (grass) on the bar side and this was the only food we could get. The internet was suppose to be free w/ the room upgrade, and eventually was, after discussion with the front desk. Second computer of travel companion did not get free hookup unless they went to the lobby or first floor. This was the last hotel stay on a 6.5 week vacation and was very disappointing. Bartenders were smug and front desk people were odd and smug. Could use better light in the water areas. Not worth the price.

I will choose this hotel again & every time when I will be in Madrid. Excellent location service is the main reason fro this.

Not central but good quiet location 5-10 min walking to the Metro, helpful staff, well designed rooms and great room service. Free hourly airport shuttle.

Unreasonable expensive WIFI cost € 17 for 1 day for 256 kbps or € 25 Euro for 1 mbps!!!! While other hotels provide the service free of charge.

Spa is very buzy

Hele fijne kamers waar je echt tot rust komt,alles wat je nodig hebt. Vriendelijk personeel en heel gastvrij! Ook goed te doen met de metro naar het centrum. Vlak bij een grote mall waar je lekker kan shoppen of kijken of wat eten.

Nous avons été très déçu par le fait que le spa est interdit aux enfants de moins de 12 ans,cela n'est stipulé nul part ,on vous en informe lorsque vous vous présentez à l'entrée ,et à notre avis cela n'est pas digne d'un hôtel 05 étoiles! Surtout, nous avions choisi cet hôtel uniquement pour le spa d'ou notre très grande déception ,de plus malgré des températures de 30°c la piscine extérieure bien qu 'étant opérationnelle par manque de maître nageur était également interdite!!! De plus on nous a informé que la réservation effectuée sur booking ne nous donnez pas accès libre au spa et qu'il fallait payer 18 Euros en plus par personne

Confort générale agréable bien qu un peu rétro au niveau des chambres

Il nous a ete impossible de manger a l hôtel,il faut réserver a l avance ,personne ne nous l a signale a notre arrivée,nous n étions pas les seul dans ce cas?

Es un buen hotel, con una atencion magnifica.

El sofá de la suite, era un sofá cama en el que no se podia uno sentar porque se hundian los cojines.Los precios de la cafeteria excesivamente caros.

Os quartos são grandes, espaçosos e com bons lençois (macios) e travesseiros grandes. bom armário, banheiras, microondas... enfim minha estadia foi agradável.

O atendimento dos europeus de forma geral nao é dos melhores... continuei com esta impressão, especialmente, o burocrático e pouco elucidativo informe da equipe de concierge... o café da manha deixa muito a desejar, sempre o mesmo durante toda a estadia... café frio, pao duro, poucas opções... restaurante igualmente fraco...
