Les prix des consommations sur place sont très élévé. Le manque de propreté dans le Spa, le fait de devoir être séparé de sa compagne pour un hammam ou Sauna et encore une fois le prix trop élevé par rapport à la qualité de ceux-ci.

Très/trop éloigné du centre de Madrid, minimun 1/2 h en taxi, 3/4 h en métro.

Poor breakfast

Never been disappointed at any Sheraton overseas. Excellent service and custom care in beautifully designed clean and comfortable rooms.

Everything was simply perfect.

Staff are very kind. It has very good terrace besides the pool. Location is close to airport. Approx. 8km.

At that rate I do not expect to be charged to use the Internet.

More than a nice room - very spacious. Great bed and bathroom. It is a really nice hotel.

Internet is pricy - and it is approx. 20 euro in taxi to the town centre.

Staff were accomidating towards non-Spanish speaking tourists and very helpful with recommending local sites and attractions. Beds were comfortable.

Dining roon/restaurant was not available as being renovated? Could have had milk in rooms for tea/coffee facilities in the apartment rooms as there were saucepans etc

not very close to the city center (aprox 25 EUR by cab), but you can never be close to both city center and the airport... The SPA closes at 9.00pm

Big rooms (Junior Suite), Friendly Staff, A lot of service on site (buy tickets for Activities at the Reception), Excellent restaurant (really nice food), Appreciated the free water on the room, very fast room service (if it takes more than 30 minutes, it's complimentary), Free shuttle bus from the Airport.

A bit loud A/C, Espresso machine was broken. We didn't notify the reception as we didn't care that much, so don't take this as a negative comment but simply what we didn't like during our stay. I bet that now the staff is notified and aware they will fix those small issues.

very noisy, you can hear everything from the rooms next to yours.

Staff is very helpfull and friendly. Rooms are nice and have everything you need. Small kitchen, mini bar, tea, coffee service. Separate shower/ tub. Large vanity and lots of storage.

The accommodation was great. The room was spacious and lovely.

It was exceptionally disappointing that we not only had to pay for parking, but the audacity in charging for in room wifi! Even if the Sheraton was economical, the extra charges would make this less affordable. My expectation would be that a hotel of this calibre would offer basic facilities like parking and in room wifi to guests. We spent nearly $100 on a few days of wifi and another $60 on parking. Will not choose Sheraton again.

That they didnt explain the price for me they send and email.that says. Fir the extra bed worth 55 euro and on my way to checkout i have been shocked with the price it was not clear for me as a visitor. The amount of the extra bed almost worth one new bed room.

great hotel just a 20 minute metro ride from the centre with the added bonus of an outdoor pool and a lovely relaxing outdoor terrace which was great after a busy day sight seeing / shopping. Large suite style rooms with views of the mountains if you are lucky enough to have a room at the front like us. Also large shopping / restaurant complex only 10 min walk away. We were also lucky enough to see the Real Madrid Football team as they use the hotel before home games.

Every member of staff was excellent, they were attentive and efficient. Also the Establishment was flexible, they were happy to extend our checkout time to 3pm without any extra charge which was very generous. And the free shuttle bus to the airport was also a big plus. The club suite had beautiful views, a lovely little buffet of free snacks and drinks available all day which we enjoyed a lot. The breakfast and the spa option was worth taking. Just remeber to take a swimming cap if you want to go to the Spa. The CD player in the room came with some jazz and classical music CDs which was a nice touch. Very relaxing. Although its a cost, the special offer for the club suit on the 10th floor was worth it. It includes, breakfast, Spa access, the top club access with some drinks and nibbles as part of the room charge.

A broken shower head, but since there were two, we were happy to stick with the one that worked.

Two small but annoying issues: 1/ only enough milk containers for one hot drink 2/ the pillows were the most uncomfortable I have EVER used.

Spacious rooms, very comfortable beds, with all necessary staff as iron, hairdryer, coffee machine and tv. Free shuttle from airport, which is 10-15 minutes drive from the hotel. Free apples and water with lemon in the lobby. 7 minutes from Metro.

No free wi-fi in the room, only in the lobby, but it didn't work. The outdoor swimming pool was closed. There was only one robe. Quite far from city center if you are going to have a city sightseeing tour (45 minutes by Metro to the station Sol).

Very friendly employees throughout the hotel. Everybody is helpful and one always gets a friendly smile and a nice "good morning" / "Good afternoon" when passing by.... A real feeling to be welcome. The breakfast buffet has high quality: fresh bakery; tasty and ripe fruits; a rich selection of meet, cheese, fish; eggs and omelettes are well prepared. The hotel has a parking garage which can be well reached from the back road. A little tight to navigate (our rental car was an Audi Q5) but ok, normal for Madrid... we have been in worse parking with the car in the city center. The fitness and spa are very clean and well maintained. Very spacy and a large program of machines.

The location of the hotel requires a rental car or commute by taxi into the city. The ride was smooth but takes about 15 minutes. Only in rush hourse we experienced 20 to 25. In close proximity no real other restaurants, mostly apartment complexes.Wasn't a real problem for us as we were mobile and we enjoyed being in a quiet area.
