The room was amazing and the bed was very comfortable. The only thing is I wish that there was a kettle to make tea in the room. They didn't allow glasses from the bar to be brought to the room, so it made our mornings a bit cranky... Nothing beside the kettle, which isn't a major, just a personal preference.

Love the design of the hotel which is very much in keeping with the artistry vibrancy of Bilbao. Neopresso machine in room and free drinks in the lounge are huge pluses. We also love the free passes to the Fine Arts Museum. Staff are great too.

Excellent location. Across the street and our room had a view of the Guggenheim. Short walking distance to pintxos streets. Easy 20 minute walk to Old Town. Rooms very clean and nice size. Spend a couple more dollars for the view. Well worth it. They said the bar downstairs was "complementary", that meant only tea, cafe, not the wine. That showed up on our bill later. The walls are thinner that its comparable competitor (w Hotel), could hear the neighbors being "romantic".

Great location, large comfortable room, quiet, good price. Liked the way the bathroom was connected to bedroom with extra mirror on bedroom side. Breakfast price was high so we ate in town. Hairdryer lead was too short.

This hotel is overpriced. Rooms are rather small (also the better category) and overall not worth the money. Tiny breakfast area. Expect only free soft drinks, coffee and tea at the bar area. No beer and wine! Extra charges for everything - E.G. 5€ per hour for bike-rental! You are better off to chose a different hotel in Bilbao.

We stayed in a suite and loved the direct view of the Guggenheim, deep bath and general layout of the room. The service and attention to detail from beginning to end was brilliant, the staff made our stay most enjoyable with small gestures such as a small teddy in the basinet for our 4 month old, and providing room service in the afternoon to check whether we wanted fresh towels or water, and offering chocolates! I want to visit again and use their relaxation treatments. Nothing!

The whole hotel is beautiful. The staff is smart and super friendly. The location next to the Guggenheim and parking is ideal. The free self service welcome bar is very welcome! The rooms are beautifully arranged. Breakfast is generous. The separation of bathroom and bedroom is unusual and limits privacy. We did not see an access ramp for handicapped people.

Located across the road from the Guggenheim Museum and one of the fabulous boutique 'art hotels'. Very stylish and comfortable. Good-sized rooms. Pillows were too soft

Ideal location for a one night visit as we were passing through to catch a ferry the following day and wanted to visit the Guggenheim museum. However we wished we had stayed for longer as we would have liked to have spent more time in Bilbao. Very comfortable and very central.

Staff is really frendly, and quick to solve requests Bathroom. The door of the shower wasn't closing well, and water always went out of the bath.

Great location and well designed rooms. Maybe we were unlucky, but there were a number of things that were not quite right. From having to slam the door to shut it, to the tv channel listing for international channels that was way out (only cnn was available but on the bbc channel number), to a light not working in the bathroom (not fixed over the duration of our stay despite mentioning it on the first morning), to the incorrect password on the room documentation, to the 'free bar' where the wine dispenser was out of action and we were to told we could order and pay for wine to the room but were able not bring it down to the bar, to the gym were neither bike worked properly on manual setting. You just get the sense that they are skimping on maintenance costs and attention to detail and its starting to show or the planets were just badly aligned for our stay. .

Very nice foyer and lounge area. Excellent place to eat a few doors down. Rooms while very nice are a bit tired. They need a refresh. New coat of paint and curtains cleaned. Our room smelled of smoke.

Welcome very good and informative. Room good size, very clean and well kitted out. Room didn't feel cramped after unloading all our motorbiking gear. Liked the layout of shower, toilet etc. We used for a two night stopover on way back to uk after 12 day touring trip. A lovely end to our trip to Spain.
