The room was very cleaned, good located near to metro station with few restaurants near by. The wifi internet was quite good speed and an excellent breakfast.

Location is fine, few minutes from Tibidabo funiculaire and Park Guell. Great breakfast buffet.

We've booked a triple room. Not the double room with the extra bed but it was what we have got. The lock on the bathroom door didn't work. Very poor Wi-Fi connection in our room (108 on the first floor)

Room was clean and the staff was friendly and nice. The hotel is near a metro stop and quite close for the touristic bus stop.

Staff was very helpful and cordial. The hotel was located on a side street. Absolutely no street noises for our room, as our room was located off of an inside court, the backs of several surrounding buildings. Nice neighborhood to walk around in. Seems very safe Hotel room had very good hot water and adequate bathroom appliances. Free wifi was consistent and strong. Nicely close to metro, but beware. The trains coming to that station are different from the city metro. On a 10 ticket purchase, no problem using those trains or any in the city. On a single ticket purchase there are limits This hotel had a coffee machine available all day, if you asked for it.

A little tricky finding it at first.....we used the metro to the area, but had to ask around. Some locals didn't know where the hotel was.

The wi-fi is not available in all the rooms. They shoul work harder on cleaning, because in our bathroom, the bathtub curtain had red stains (which we supposed to be blood) but the rest of the room was clean, the bed sheets smelled nice.

the location was mentioned 3.7 km to Camp Nou Stadium but was much further! The rooms looked very nice and big in the pictures, but in reality they were very small and even super small bathrooms! It was mentioned free wifi in the rooms, but my room didn't have any kind of connection at all!!!! Over all, the price that I paid for this room was not worth it at all.

Everything was ok. Location on quiet street, some small shops around, metro station in the neighborhood, pizzeria and several cafeterias as well. Good breakfast menu. Competent and helpful English speaking staff.

Staffs are very nice and the speed of wifi is very quick.

The Eurostars Mitre Hotel is located near a metro station which gave us a good communication with the city centre /5 metro-stops distance/. The hotel offers quietness, comfort and good service.

It was pleasant stay in Eurostars Mitre, we stayed there with our 3- years old son and there was no problem with anything, wi-fi works good, it was clean, no noice, the staff was very friendly, perfect location close to subway and bus stations.

Breakfast in the hotel was too expensive, it is much better to buy your breakfast (fresh bagette, cheese, ham, milk, jogurt, etc.) in the shops nearby...

The hotel is located very close to the underground. The room was comfortable, quiet and clean. Free Internet connection.

Very slow check in, we had to wait around an hour. First we were given a smoking room, although we asked for the contrary. The staff at the reception has great difficulties in speaking English. Very unusual request to pay the bill in advance.

Close to subway station, staffs of hotel were kind and helpful.

They didn't clean our room very well.Towels and trash weren't changed.

Overall, we were very impressed with our hotel. We were traveling with our toddler and our room was very nice for our four night stay. All of the staff that we interacted with spoke perfect English. We opted to purchase the breakfast which was good (fruit, cereal, eggs, pastries, juice, coffee, etc.). I'm sure that there are cheaper/better places to eat but convenience was important for us. There were two small playgrounds nearby and several quick shops with fruit, milk, bread, etc. The hotel was very quiet (we were on the backside) and we never heard any street noise. The metro stop was about 10-15 minutes away and the city was 3 or 4 stops down. Very easy. Great place for the money.

We were disappointed that the jacuzzi didn't work; we were told that it would be repaired but it never was. We were unable to have a baby cot the first night even though I had requested one prior to check in (told that there was only one in the entire hotel), but actually they have to be requested in the morning so that housekeeping can provide them. We were mildly annoyed to spend the first night with our flailing toddler in our bed.

I liked the hotel's location, it's design, the staff who was very willing to help me with directions to different streets and with the free print of my plane ticket. Also, I requested to keep my luggage at the hotel, after I had check-out, and they said ok. I was surprised to find so many bathroom ammenities and to receive a free map o Barcelona from the reception. The hotel is very close to El Putxet train station and bus station (line 17). There are a lot of shops and at least 2 supermarkets in the area. I wasn't disturbed by any noise, but there was an alarm that started on my first night at the hotel.

I did not like the fact that there were 2 cockroaches in my room, which probably came inside through the open window (which couldn't be close properly), taking into consideration that the room was cleaned daily. The wi-fi was generally good, but it had moments when it was slow.

Really very quiet place, no traffic noize. Metro just round the corner.

Breakfest not included and costly. Pillows are very thin, you need two of them to sleep :-p

The internet access was a bit slow by moment. Nothing else to mention besides that.

The hotel has good location, it is not far from the subway station (lesser than 5 min. walk), and there are many groceries, cafés, and small restaurants on the neighborhood. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. The room was small, but good enough for few nights. We had hot tub in the bathroom. The hotel is located in one small street with low traffic noise.

The first set of towels was not really clean, but on the second day they changed all. The walls are very narrows, hence you can hear each door opening, noise of showering, but the hotel is quiet on the night.

My super bathtub did not work on my first night there, but next day I was moved to a bigger room with a working bathtub and a terrace. Great, quickwitted staff also.

The metro line close to the hotel and that takes you directly downtown is under construction, so you have to change trains 2 or 3 times, depending where you are going. Also there is no elevator at the station. Not nice when traveling with luggage.

Clean and quite room with a terrace was nice place for staying. Close to the hotel was nice bakery and restaurant with fair prices. The hotel is also easily reachable by subway (unfortunately during our stay there were some constructions on L7 line so we need to change the lines for 3 times to reach the hotel from city centre or use L3 with a station about 700 meters from hotel).

TV had only public channels. So you do not have opportunity to see Barcelona's football matches live (but you still have a possibility to visit one of bars in neighbourhood).
