Excellent location, very clean and modern. Junior Suite very spacious. Rooftop bar had good views of Cathedral. Free wifi.
Wall and door to bathroom was full glass. If you needed the loo in the middle of the night turning the light on lit up the entire bedroom!
Everything. Great all round. Fabulous location. Lovely rooms. Love it.
Pool a bit dirty. (Sun oils etc). People using area who are t residents a bit too much!
Location is excellent. Pool area very nice during day and in evening. Nice rooms.
Wifi was not available during our stay.
Location great, friendly staff, room was clean and always ready for us on our return for sightseeing.
Very loud music, until after midnight, coming from restaurant area. However, this may be different when it isn't fiesta time in Malaga.
Very clean and modern. Nice pool area. Central location. Good, hot breakfast.
Noisy room on 1st floor but changed to 7th. Food at pool was mediocre. Bar snacks were not to our taste.
Atmosphere Location Beds Food Staff Rooftop bar at night
Small pool Not enough seats on rooftop
Lovely room Great rooftop terrace with pool Friendly helpful service
Location perfect for all visitor attractions, shops &restaurants. Staff very helpful & friendly. Lovely rooftop pool, albeit a bit small, but the city views were amazing.
Location and you get good value for money with regards food and drink.
More sunbeds beside the roof top pool
Amazing view from roof top pool/bar Big, comfortable beds Lovely bathroom
Roof top pool
Fantastic hotel, great room, facilities were excellent. Surrounding streets busy with people eating and partying late into the night yet our hotel room lovely and quiet. Great stay.
Spacious rooms Staff friendliness Excellent breakfast buffet Location
Everything about the place provides an excellent base for a great holiday
Staff were rude at check out and delayed our departure. Wifi didn't work, no apology.
We liked the location, and the staff was very helpful. The room and bathroom were clean and inviting.
The Wi-Fi didn't work in our room, and the beds were very hard. Otherwise, the accommodations were good.
Location, location, location! Nice but small pool - but it is there. Nice poolbar.
We could hear our nighboors very easily through the walls. The breakfast was too expencive! Go to one of the many cafes, just outside the door for breakfast instead at the hotel.
Location Cleanliness Roof Pool/Bar
Wifi was down
The hotel is very central and the facilities are fine.
We got an interior room and when asked the receptionist about the possibility of changing to an exterior room with a view he said that it was not possible (although the hotel was not full) and he was not very kind.
Excellent central location, our room looked out onto the Cathedral. Shops, bars and restaurants on your doorstep. The beach is a pleasant stroll away.
Wi-fi very slow
The location was perfect - the hotel is so close to everything. We took the upgrade for an extra 10 euro per night and it was well worth it - the room was very spacious and comfortable.
The wifi was very slow and would not connect if there were too many users on at the same time
Poor wifi on roof top terrace
Rooftop pool was nice, when quiet. The location of the hotel is ideal for exploring. The beds were comfortable. I would recommend this hotel, but for short term stays.
Stayed for our 10-day honeymoon. Not once did a staff member approach us to ask if everything was ok/be personable/make us feel special in the hotel. In fact, I had to tip the rooftop bar staff for them to get a half glass of champagne for my wife. Only 2 English TV channels, both (mostly bad) news. We were situated in room 320 for the entire 10 days, which is directly beside the linen closet , which was in full swing staff mode from 8.30am each day, staff who let the door swing and bang for 10 days. Not the best room choice for long term guests. Pool area is smaller than it appears in pictures and I witnessed one or two scuffles for loungers.
