Friendly staff, clean hotel, good breakfast, good WFI signal & excellent location
Bed mattress & below are not comfortable
Location excellent - staff lovely and friendly
Room nothing special smelt of smoke
The impeccable and consistent style of everything
The fact that it was almost impossible to locate a bedside table by each bed.
Located in the historical centre and very close to port and beaches; friendly and professional staff; magnificent breakfast.
Breakfast was really expensive.
Very convenient location both for the old town and for the port facilities. Easy to find, despite road works around the Cathedral, and a welcoming porter who took our bags, parked the car and then returned it with our bags packed into it upon departure. Good breakfast.
Car parking a bit expensive. Double bed a bit on the small side. Mean supplies of morning tea in the room. Nothing serious.
a few steps from the Cathedral..
when i entered the room at first, i sensed a bad smell. it as like a dust, a room that never aired for months.. it was so weird.. i left the windows opened all day when i left the room. but it did not work.. there was dust in everywhere. the matresses were so uncomfortable, even an old couple was complaining about it. i could not understand why this hotel was gained this point.. i trustred that and stayed in this hotel (even it is one of the most expensive in malaga).. it totally did not worth it!
Large room on street side
A Velux (sky view) instead of a window. The pool bar was closed even on the sunny days.
the staff were friendly and the rooms on seventh floor had a good view on the church. You go out directly on the street with shops and cafes. Very nice location bear the port.
The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent. The bar prices were very reasonable for a 4 star hotel. The location was great, easy to walk to the shops, attractions and beach.
There was nothing I didn't like.
Bedroom was fine; Bathroom was fine; Staff very helpful
Breakfast was expensive and limited. I think it is crazy that a 4 Star Hotel should stock at least on French Cognac in its Bar
Unbeatable location Large room and bed (room 301) Super quiet (on the inside yard) Comfort ... For about €100 per night!
Breakfast was just average Room and furniture style is a bit bland
Nice lobby, nice rooms
A bit expensif
location perfect, staff very helpful
Easy access to town hotel decor very good
The lightning in the rooms too dim. The shower not very powerful
Great Location Good staff Good food clean room really comfortable
Better Hotel Parking facilities. Public Garage used was very expensive at 27 euros per night Wifi in the hotel was poor
The hotel is located close to everything. It was easy to park in nearby parking house and also easy to reach the airport. The room was big and clean and the bathroom was modern. We also had a very nice breakfast at the hotel included in the price.
The beds are very hard and uncomfortable. Although the hotel is close to the see there is no see view.
Friendly staff. Location.
Location ( though not easy with parking if you have a car) Convenient Helpful staff
Feels more like a business hotel than for vacationers. Breakfast rather crammed and hurried though a fair selection available
Location was excellent, airport bus stops right outside and easy to get to everything on foot, yet quiet/peaceful. Very clean. Liked the extras provided in room, even an umbrella. Staff all spoke excellent English which helped us a lot!
Would have liked to see the terrace bar open as it had great views, tho obviously it is a bit too cold for the pool in Dec. Wifi was a bit hard to connect to at times, reception did mention they were having trouble with it when we asked.
The hotel is convenient for the central area of Malaga. This is the first time I have come cross a pillow menu and I really appreciated having a choice as I find pillows in most Spanish hotels very uncomfortable. I didn't need to change the two pillows provided as they were fine.
Unhelpful and unfriendly receptionists.
This is our second stay at the hotel. Our most recent stay was for a week over Christmas 2014 and we cannot fault it. The staff are very friendly and are so helpful. The rooms are comfortable and had everything we needed. Breakfast is excellent value for money with a selection of hot food, cold meats and cheese, fruit, cereal etc. Excellent location with a great choice of restaurants and sightseeing. Walking distance to the bus and train stations. The Linea A bus from the airport stops on the Marina Plaza within a 2 minute walk of the hotel. The hotel is in a busy area so if you are a very light sleeper, you can request a quiet room at the back of the hotel or on a higher floor. Highly recommended and we have already booked next Christmas!
Room clean and comfortable Staff helpful
Parking--had to park in nearby public lot which was accessed in heavy traffic.
The slippery bath. Plastic pillows
Wonderful position, new quiet rooms with good beds, good staff
