Great location for exploring the city of Malaga. It's a fairly functional business type hotel but it's very comfortable and has everything you'd really need. Friendly/helpful staff. Excellent wifi.
Location was ideal for the Malaga Christmas lights, shopping and dining out; reception at check-in and check-out.
Bed was way too firm for my liking; couldn't get a WiFi connection at all (could have been my device?)
The hotels position was excellent. The hotel itself was also first rate, I will be going back again.
Roof top bar was not open, but this was probably due to the time of year we visited, which was November.
had some item's missing from my room...!!!!
Every thing about our stay was perfect, hotel & staff couldn't have been any better & close to restaurants, bars & with the added bonus of fiestas, a marathon & christmas lights. A fantastic few days
Couldn't find fault with any thing.
Perfect location, great breakfasts until 11a.m., we had a room with a lighthouse and see view on 5th floor, noise from the street was not heard.
although the staff was attentive, they should speak better English.
Breakfast very expensive
Location and professional staff Nice breakfast choice
staff were excellent
no wifi in our corner room
Everything apart from hard bed
The hotel is great, however, the location is perfect. Ten minutes to the port and the beach, a few minutes to shopping, the cathedral, the Alcazar, fantastic tapas bars, and so on. Taxi rank right outside the door and the tour bus stop.
in addition to the marks given we liked the breakfasts especially the complimentary Cava which was appropriate as we were there to celebrate my wife's birthday. The Superior room was fine with a comfy sofa, coffee table, and treats, even a carafe of whiskey, which to be fair we would have preferred the local Malaga Wine, or a Sherry. Altogether a very comfortable room. Valet parking too,Excellent service
No fault of the hotel but our room was on the first floor overlooking a pedestrian street with several bars etc. Our first night was a Sunday and a party started up about midnight and lasted 'til about 3am... very very noisy. Second night, early morning about 4am a Street cleaning crew started up a machine and let it run for an hour. So not much sleep for our two nights.
I have no hesitation in recommending this lovely Hotel. Staff etc were excellent. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
The room decor/bed, perfect location, very clean.
Staff were efficient but not particularly friendly. Noise of air con. Had to buy water from mini bar (expensive) after first night. Only complimentary on first night.
no water as the taps would not work . alot of money for little
Great location, kind personal, very clean and tidy, great bed.
Not all personal speaks English well enough. In misunderstanding I thought the pool on the rooftop was closed, but the only thing closed was the bar on the terrace. Found out about it half an hour before departure :(
Location on the edge of the old town beside the cathedral. Rooms were spacious with lovely big bathroom. Comfy bed.
Poor quality ingredients at breakfast, messy tables and generally mediocre service. We were given wrong information not once but twice about local buses including the time of the airport bus. If you're going to give guests information, make sure it's correct!
Great location and great hotel
Excellent location, easy to get to by bus from the airport, lots of places around the hotel to eat and drink. Roof top pool and bar would be lovely in the summer
Facilities, service, location
Breakfast was expensive for what it was
Excellent location. Just steps to a lot of very good restaurants and shops. We will return.
Map and directions were not good. Did not take into account that there was a lot of road construction. Made the hotel very difficult to find.
We were only there for two days so didn't use the facilities much but the pool area is very nice, the whole hotel is clean, the staff very friendly and helpful and the location is ideal for sightseeing in the city.
We felt that the food was overpriced especially at 19.80 euro for a breakfast. There are plenty of cheaper places almost on the doorstep which give better value for money.
Location of Hotel was amazing and the room was great
Smart modern hotel in great location - v nice rooms
